   there're a couple of sites i used to frequent, with great quotes from the office...  i haven't gone in a while, so i don't remember for sure about the address...  i think they were
   
   notalwaysright (stories of bad/rude/clueless customers)
   overheardintheoffice (assorted silly/embarrassing/just dumb stuff)
   
   i had to stop myself because i was spending too much time reading...
