Having hobbies can be a great stress reducer. Spending time in nature, or taking walks. Exercise greatly reduces stress, because of the chemicals it releases in the body.
The biggest suggest I have that works great for me is slowing down and letting go of outcomes.
Finally, I ask myself the following questions a lot...
1. How important is it really?
2. Is there anything I can do about this right now?
3. What can I do something abut?
These questions help reduce stress for me significantly.
