I just want know how many of us are checking time by time if they are under stress and try to manage that stress. I dont think many are living with stress only putting no efforts to manage or reduce that.
I already know when I'm stressed, and I already know what I can do to help manage it. I have never actually gone to a service to see if I'm stressed.When I'm stressed, I usually take my ipod and go walk around at night. I just do whatever I like most to relax.
Where is the time to check?Isn't lack of time the reason for hurry, worry and stress?
May be the heart will murmur; limbs will tremble; skin will glisten with sweat and there are hundreds of indicators to show you are stressed. Watch out.
