Bernie Sanders is still running & aiming to be our next President.  What chances will he have against Hillary Clinton?

Unless there is an indictment, he has zero chance.  Super Delegates preclude someone like Sanders from getting the nomination.  The chances of an indictment are probably near zero as well.  Unless something dramatic happens, the race is over.
However, Sanders is a movement.  He is pulling a younger generation even more to the left.  You can see parallels with Eugene McCarthy from the late 60s.  Although the Dems only won the Presidency once between 68 and '92, he inspired baby boomers like the Clintons to run for office, among others. Likewise for millennials, the effect might be the same.

Yes, there are indeed parallels between Sanders and Eugene McCarthy.  I remember McCarthy fondly & I wanted him to win but he didn't & the result was Nixon.    However, Sanders is NO COMPARISON to McCarthy & he WON'T win even by Democrat standards.  It is EITHER Hillary or Donald!!

I believe Trump will call for an indictment at some point in time.  He is going to have to crush Hillary.  Her tenure as Secretary of State was a total disaster.

In a head to head debt with Clinton ... I think it would be a great campaign strategy to call for an indictment.  Not saying that would make it happen, but it might make some people think and do some facts checking.  Could happen if Trump becomes president.

Hillary Clinton took national security documents and put them on an unsecured private server. No one made her take major donors to the Clinton Foundation and inappropriately use the Department of State in order to help those donors in what clearly has to be illegal behavior.

Bill Clinton is a serial rapist and sexual predator who physically abused women according to numerous allegations.  Hillary psychologically abused those women into being fearful for their lives, while talking about women's rights.  RAPE-PAC is set to target Bill Clinton during Hillary's campaign this fall, if she lasts that long.

Trump was coned into believing the Clinton Foundation was a charitable organization to help children.  He donated $100,000.00.  Its actually nothing but a slush fund for drifters, a vehicle for multi-million dollar bribes.  This, gives Trump 'standing' to bring a federal law suit for fraud and open up the Clinton's enter phony deal to screw the American people.  IMHO

The bad guys know Hillary can be bought.
They also know Trump cannot be bought.

(In comparison to what Hillary has spent on her campaign so far,  Trump hasn't even come close to spending half of that.  She's the one who is trying to buy her way to the WH.  Trump is a phenomenon, PP. )

LOL, this idea that Trump can't be bought just because he is already rich is delusional.  There is considerable evidence from behavioral studies that rich people are more easily "bought" than poor people.

LOL, he can call for an indictment all he wants, but it won't happen unless there is enough evidence to warrant one.  Who is he, anyway?  Just a rich guy with a loud, obnoxious mouth buying his way into politics by duping those who love tough-sounding rhetoric that doesn't require much brainpower to understand.

I say Sanders should stay till the end. His supporters could pressure Clinton to leftmove her agenda and platform to placate the groundswell of Sanders' supporters. That is, of course, if she wants a clearer path to victory against Trump. She can't afford to have all those disaffected voters sitting it our this time.

Making someone like either him or Liz Warren, uncompromising folks that will keep Hillary's feet to fire, to get after the overbearing money changers and not just accomodate them for appearances sake.

Sanders is doing what Sanders always does best , fighting the good fight of socialism .  He can call it what he wants in adjusting for the presidential run but  his direct hatred of  our political-economic - republic  system is  never going to win him that office . Why , because corporate America   is going to make sure he doesn't . Because the mainstream DNC is going to make sure as well with their major  candidate protection system called super- delegates.

Sen Sanders has an exceptional  one hour rant about the negatives of our government and economic system in America ,  the biggest problem  though , Is that that rant is actually  straight  out of the playbook of 1965  Berkley  college campus Student activist speech  lines.   I have seen that rant actually verbally questioned by in your face pundits at  Sen. Sanders own  "Town meetings" where he  actually get's mad and storms out of his own organized  meeting !    Much like a Trump Rant , is that what you would really want for a national leader ?

  3. Bobby Shanahan profile image65

I think Sanders is staying in the race because there is a real chance Hillary could be indicted. This could destroy her campaign and give Sanders an opening if super delegates flock to him. He looks to be waiting for the outcome of the server investigation. The Feds questions Huma this week and will be interviewing HRC herself very soon. Perhaps, Sanders knows something we don’t?

The parallels of the Sanders and Trump campaigns are stunning. The American people are finally starting to wake up to the reality that their government is not working for them, even though the whole existence of the government is predicated on serving the people.

The Romanian hacker Guccifer who was extradited to the US for the FBI investigation on Hillary Clinton said,  "I breached Clinton's server, it was easy!"...  It does sound like the investigation is getting closer to an indictment from reports and leaks.  That just gives me goose-bumps to think she may be held accountable for the four Americans who were killed in the attack in Benghazi, and so much more.

"he sure says all the right things'...

That is a lot better than Trump that can even do that, let alone DO all the right things...
He is already vetted as a complete clown, who is now in trouble over that phony university of his. Let's see how the GOP will put the spin on this one?

Climate change is real and a elected president of the US who denies climate change is a threat to the human race. This sounds drastic but unfortunately it's true. Climate change is something that's already almost unstoppable but we can do some damage controll.
Trump who is a business man and not a politician only cares about his own business. No minimum wage - read working ours for $3 no rights in you contract, healthcare will become more expensive.
Trump will use his presidency to enrich himself, that's his only goal. He doesn't give a damn about the rest. The whole election campaign is one free advertisement for his brand.

And yet on  the other side of climate change , according to Obama - like Sanders , Terrorism is caused by climate change .  OMG ,  it was truly pitiful to listen to that  ,  as well as excruciating to imagine a world leader  believing it .      How far from reality will political correctness lead us all away from ourselves ,To tell you the truth , I'd almost rather fry to death from solar flares than listen to the rest of the real world laughing at a U.S. leader  saying it .

Bernie still in the race ? Get real people - this is our future.

That agenda started out as "global cooling" but that was disproved, so they changed the wording to "global warming" and that was disproved too.  They finally got it right with "climate change"... since the climate is always changing its the perfect term to use.  BUT, its still the same agenda!   Go ahead and do some research on that and maybe rethink it.   There is plenty of scientific proof that global warming is a hoax.  A top scientist changed his mind recently when he realized the Globalist didn't give him the correct data...so his findings were naturally false, too.  Now he knows better and has the correct data and is speaking out.

BTW, it is snowing in places in the USA right now, its suppose to last through Saturday.  We are suppose to get some, which is okey by me if it helps keep the fire danger down.

This is not a discussion anymore, we passed that point. Over a 90% of the scientists working in the field agree upon the fact that the climate is changing big time. Sea level rising and global temperature rising. But of course to you the moon landing was a hoax too.

It depends on where you get your reports from, if you seek the truth you find it, if you choose to swallow the shovels full of BS...enjoy!  I like to find out what the truth is and that just takes some critical thinking and common sense when studying the real facts to come to an honest conclusion for yourself.

Bernie has either swallowed hook line and sinker, or he just isn't telling the truth either.  Really!  Do some honest research and thinking, and come back and we can have a discussion.  Otherwise, there isn't anything to discus intelligently (skip the personal insults). -  "But of course to you the moon landing was a hoax too." - PETERSTIP

I would only say to Sanders supporters  ," show me the beef ", Better yet  goggle the state of Vermont stats , the state where he comes from ,    Check out the environmental situation in Vermont ,   the economic state , the political system ,   Vermont has some  of the worst  economic  conditions in the country .

When even the higher educated young people  of a Vermont LEAVE  the state for better opportunity elsewhere and have been leaving for decades , something is wrong    .   It's single payer healthcare system is "running on fumes " and failing .  It's elementary education  funding , testing ,  management   system is in disarray  and has been for years .  There is NOT a lot of positivity  in the  outlook or the reality  from HIS  collective and elective  "leadership.

I don't like Sanders  or Trump  but ,both of them being  political "outsiders ", I will go with the successful business leader  over the professional  politician  if I have to chose .

Just the fact that Bernie has been a devout socialist US senator in Vermont is scary enough.  Not too many years back that would never happen here.

Venezuela has food lines for starving people now, and people are hunting for cats and dogs to eat because the food lines don't provide enough to eat.  Bernie loves the idea of food lines. Brazil's economic collapse can after a rigged election of a corrupt leftist president.

I am waiting to hear if Donald will take a stand for liberty, because individual liberty is what will make America great again by making it free.

#1 TREND ON FACEBOOK  Infowars’ recent interview with Smashing Pumpkins founder Billy Corgan has gone viral on Facebook as the social media site’s number one trending topic.

I can’t believe that we’re even having this discussion, if you can understand when I say that to you humbly. To be talking in America in 2016 about Mao is a good idea, and a socialist is running for president and that’s OK, and we’re going to go back to these crazy tax rates where we’re going to completely disempower the innovators in our country because the new technocratic class wants to keep their position and they want to keep anybody else from coming in the game… I mean, it’s just crazy to me.

That about sums it up for me as well!

I love Infowars, its the best place to get the real news (unlike the brainwashing propaganda on MSM).

Bernie just cannot win ! Fact .    Why , because no one who ever  goes to war against corporate America , wall street , the bankers , the lobbyists for  manufacturers ,    the coal ,  oil and military industrial complex ,mainstream  congress or  senate .............Is EVER  going to win .    I believe  Bernie is simply a  beggar for the institutionalization of  his much touted  socialistic economic slavery, for  all of the rest of us   , the tax payers .

It doesn't take an economic expert to know  he would double the - already doubled national debt- in  four to eight years .  Yet , think about this alone , liberals blame the right for  indebting our great -grand-children's lives ?   Sure ,  I got a beach to sell you in  Arizona too .
