well i would just be even more horrible then them and make them play their game and make them understand that their actions effect many . other wise most wont even bother
If it's truly a horrible situation I would do everything in my power to get the heck out of there, especially if trying to talk to them about it didn't work. Can I say been there, done that?!!!
Save money to move out - attempt to find a replacement roomate so that you would not be subject to penalty?
For your own sanity - leave. There must be accommodation somewhere else. If not possible, then bring in an objective mediator (preferably a counsellor) to diffuse the situation.
Move out of there as fast as you can. Move your stuff out, and book it. Pay any fees you may have for the existing month, and then leave on the first day after your bills are due. Make sure you don't leave by leaving some unpaid, or unresolved issue, so they have no need to contact you again/hit you up for money/sue you. Take any and all contact information with you. Never talk to them again. Happy life shall ensue.
Life is too short to live in an unhappy situation. Find a way to move out.
Being kind towards them and see if they change their attitudes.
I always believe that it takes two to be together or end up quarreling. So, instead of being horrible to them, shower them with kindest and acceptable. Some times a person can be nasty due to some other factors and if you show the same way, it will not be helpful.
We at times need to be understanding as we will also have bad days. So, learn to be understanding and show kindness towards them. I truly believe everyone by nature is kind heart. It is just that we may not have met these people but doesn't mean that we should show the same attitude as them.
I'll try to talk to them first to straighten things out. If it fails, I'm moving out.
Well I would say not to move out. Its a situation you were put in for a reason and you must fight it. There must not be any escaping otherwise you will have to keep confronting the same situations until you learn how to fight back.
If your room mates are acting horribly then its their problem and they need to mend their way. Talk to them directly expressing your feelings openly, to start with. If it doesnt work, make their life hell.
