Woman meets man who is everything that she swears she doesn't want but he ends up being everything she could ever want. Falls in love with him and his child. 8 years later he spends 14 months in Iraq, both suffer from PTSD after he gets back. Marriage and life falls apart, loss of home, etc.. Woman moves across the country after the divorce and less than 2 years after the divorce, they start talking again, realize they are still deeply in love with one another, both have gone through a great deal of healing and growth.
