Have you checked the definition for 'self-esteem'?
Feeling bad about ones self...Not joyful in ones decisions in life..... Always have excuses more than solutions in life which hinder spiritual growth and cause one to make bad decisions..... Its a bad out-look all around. Its like walking around with the head hanging down all the time.
Low self esteem also come from disappointments and not being so successful in life as you would like. Thanks for your reply.
