my puppy bites the 5 year dog's behind what can I do to stop this?
Now my 5 year dog wants nothing to do with the puppy and is not happy.
Teach the puppy the "leave it" command. Otherwise, the puppy is just playing and being a puppy. I'm not sure what exactly to tell you. Depending on when the puppy acts this way (all the time or just certain times), there could be another cause for it, but there wasn't much description here.
it sounds 2 me like the pup's either jealous, or territorial. i'd try a rolled-up newspaper 2 swat him/her w/ when u catch this behavior
