I love to experiment. I do quite a bit of painting, but I also really enjoy crocheting, and making jewelry and polymer clay.

I love scrapbooking and creating crafts with my grandkids. I also enjoy crocheting but it has been so long I actually had to get out a book to remind myself how to do it.  I also like to make leather journals but haven't for a long time--need to get back to it.

Oh wow, making journals sounds really interesting! smile I've seen some handmade notebook tutorials online, and I hope I can try it out sometime soon.

It is a lot of fun and feels good to have something you made in your hand.  The hardest part for me is getting the leather cut exactly to my measurements - I screw it up half the time!

I like to recycle any kind of wastes into something new and have added value regardless the material types. It's so challenging and gives me satisfaction if I manage to make one and people like it.

I love that - so creative! what sort of things do you make? When I was in high school, I had a friend who made a dress out of potato chip wrappers, and she made a little hat and handbag to go with it.

I enjoy knitting and sewing. I also love decorative painting and cross stitch, but haven't done either of those in quite a while.

I tried cross stitch a while back, and I loved it. Thanks for reminding me of it smile

That is a great question! I really had to think about this....It really depends what I am "into" at the time.. Lately, I've really been getting into making fabric flowers like for wreathes, brooches, headbands, etc... I hand sew them but it's just a basic stitch and then add embellishments for the middles. In the past, I've gotten into jewelry making using beads, resin, etc. I also love working with polymer clay. I hope to one day learn how to knit and crochet smile  I think my favorite thing of all is working with recycled materials (or things people usually throw away) and making cute crafts out of them.

Upcycling denim is my most favorite thing to do ever! It's forgiving and always "in."

I have callouses from knitting so much.

But I also like making jewelry, crochet, sewing, polymer clay, finger weaving, bead-work...I like to try just about everything.

Any kind of craft work is exciting for me. I do paint--oil painting, fabric painting, batik painting and all kinds of collage work. I also love knitting, crochet, embroidery and stitching.
