Choices and you360

Make your list ...write it down ..."don't trust your fortune to your memory.

It’s your choice to change the “you” part of the business!

Preview 9 ...You may or may not be aware of the fact, but both good habits and bad habits took a long, long, time to develop and it's going to take some time and a lot of effort on your part to begin and form the new habits needed to change the, “you” part. As you all know, anything worthwhile takes time and of course anything worthwhile takes a lot of time and effort. You can't just change a habit over night. It's going to take a lot of time and effort to get the job done.

It's not going to be easy

No ladies and gentlemen, its not going to be easy, but one thing is for sure. In the long run, it will definitely be worth it when the dust settles. One way or another, you're going to have to do the deal, you're going to have to pay the price. You're either going to pay the price now, or you're going to painfully pay it later. The choice is yours.

If you're not happy with where you are in life, or the condition you're in now, if you're not happy with your business, the way it is now. Then the choice is clear. It's time to start checking some of those habits you're carrying around with you …not tomorrow, not next week, not next month, but right now. The question isn't whether you should change or what you should change or when you should change.

The question is…

…How are you going to begin making those changes that are necessary for your success? How are you going to begin the chain of events that are needed to begin this action?

How? You're going to begin this action by GAP (grabbing a pen) and writing them down. Right now, right now, identify at least one or two new habits that you're going to develop to take the place, replace, a current bad habit that's having a negative affect on your life or your business.

Now, right beside this new habit, write down at least one thing, one action, that you're going to implement "immediately" to develop this new discipline.

Example:

Being more organized, being on time, listening better, and thinking more clearly. Make it easy. Start out with something easy and then work toward the harder ones. The reason, make sure you can accomplish that which you want to change.

You make the choices

Remember, changing your results in your business and it doesn't require a major change on your part, the you part, All that is required is that you make the choice; making the commitment and putting that choice and that commitment into immediate action. See, you don't have to completely revolutionize your business or your life to see the positive changes. However, you do have to begin the process of making those positive changes that success requires.

Now continue this process everyday, one day at a time, one step at a time, inch by inch at a time, with immediate consistent action.

GAP (grab a pen) and write it down!

Ok, let's begin to develop those positive new habits. You know what you have to do now, so GAP and write it down. Write it down for the "you," write it down for yourself and write it down for your business.

Write, I will take the following action on consistant daily bases to build my business for my family and me, no matter what! Write down a dozen ...call them your daily dozen. Make your own daily dozen of positive actions that you're going to do and make a commitment and stick to it, no matter what!

Make your own list.

You know yourself better than anyone else does. You know your strength; you know your weaknesses better than anyone else. You know what you're good at and you know where you're lacking. Then, do what you don't like to do, do that first. Stretch, make yourself work, make yourself stretch more and more each day with the positive changes. That's how you grow. By stretching those muscles. That's what makes them grow. That's what makes them get bigger and stronger. Make those muscles develop. Make them have more endurance more action, more exercise, and more consistent daily activity. Step out. Step out of your comfort zone. Step out of your comfort zone and make a difference. Step out and start seeing yourself already there. See yourself already where you want to be. Visualize it.

How long will it take for these changes to take place?

Well, that depends on, guess who? You're right, it depends on you. It depends on how bad you want it. It depends on how much you're willing to give to make it happen. It depends on how much consistent effort you put into it.

One thing is for sure. A change will begin to take place immediately, the very moment you put these concepts into your DMO (daily method of operation). Changes will begin to take place.

After about a week, you will respond by saying, I don't know what’s happening, but something different is definitely going on.

As you are visualizing changes in your life, think about changing you health habits and …drink plenty of clean, fresh, filtered water with two -four ounces of the "best tasting Aloe Vera" everyday.

Know your supplier.
