HI , DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW YOU GET FOLLOWERS. STILL NEW AND THE INFORMATION YOU'VE GIVEN IS...
GREAT. THANKS
Followers will come as you publish more hubs. Many people get followers by following others who in turn reciprocate. It also takes time for your Hubs to get discovered. As more people find and read your Hubs they will follow you because they enjoy your writing style.
Followers come by spreading your published works around social networks or via emails to friends and family. They in-turn send emails to their contacts and friends. The pyramiding begins. Don't worry about getting people to read your information. If you are working really hard and doing a good write up on the topic, you will be surprised in a few short weeks you'll amass more people reading!
Remember, a watched pot never boils.....so don't watch for followers, just let it happen.
I agree with both of these answers, I would only add that you should really concentrate more on writing about things that you are interested in and not worry about trying to get followers etc.
hi followers will come when you also get interactive with your hubs, responding to comments, but also going to the commentors hubs and commenting there ( shows the interactivity, other than that, there are a few more things you can do. Write good quality hubs, and add links and polls to your hubs.
Just churn out great hubs-with a topic people will be interested in,give an excellent title, write with passion in English that is grammatically correct and with no spelling errors, and add relevant tags, use a good photo and hit publish.
Repeat this for every hub you publish, and do not forget to reply to comments on your hubs. Also, take time to read other hubs of interest to you and also on topics similar to yours and leave some comments.
Participate in the forums , the hubmob, and the contests for more exposure. Do not forget to facebook and tweet every published hub.
Aha,in due course, you will see yourself being followed. Which will be growing as you publish more hubs of interest.
You can also invite people to follow you. When you follow other hubbers, some may reciprocate as well
Bro....is your caps lock stuck? Anyway, to get followers, you must first find the people that are drawn to your style of writing. You may want to make yourself known also.

Should we call our "HP friends" on not being actual friends?I have more respect for those who read some of their "friends" articles, on occasion, than those who never do. Is it best to un-follow and ignore those who are friends in name only? I tend to think so. How about you?

How do you get more followers on Hub Pages?
by Tessa Schlesinger 6 years ago
I pretty much thought that this went out of fashon about 6 or 7 years ago. However over the last week, I have seen several people operate on the basis that if they add you, then you must add them. Someone has just also written that in their profile - that s/he will add whoever adds him/her.So...

Will you follow a person who has joined HubPages recently and has no hubs to his credit? The new hub pages entrant is following you and s/he has not made hubs. Do you reciprocate the action and follow them irrespective of their activity on HP? I wait till I see the person come out with some hubs...

First, why does anyone go proactively looking for fans?Do they? There are people who joined after me and have, at best, questionable quality hubs, yet seem to have fans in the double digits. To me, that can only be the result of them proactively working on getting fans. Why?There are hubs here,...
