Stress at work need to be handle quietly as it can ever increase it. Stay calm and just love your work.
Shooting people online always helps relive some stress. There's nothing more relaxing then schooling a bunch of 13 year olds on a first person shooter...even if you are going on 30 years old.

Unfortunately, I have a great deal of trouble with the "leave it at the door" idea of stress not interferring with my home life. If I have a hard day at work, I usually come home and give my husband an earful until I can calm down.
I agree with the "first person shooter" comment.
I tend to watch a lot of gory, violent movies.

How do you deal with a stressful moment?I always look for the humor in a situation. I can usually find something to laugh at. Laughter helps ease the stress, if only for the moment, that's good enough for me!
