Try allaccess.com and put your offer out there for radio ppl with an offer to give a free sample. You may get some takers/maybe some names for paying jobs.... (You'll need a demo, of course.)

You need to find an agency that specialize in finding work for actors, extras or "voice over" work. If you have "the voice" for this work there are opportunities available. This is why you need an agent to help you go through the process of becoming an "in demand" "voice over" person.
This is good work and the pay is good, so it is worth your time to do the work that it takes to establish yourself (if you have the talent, the potential and the motivation) to succeed at this valuable profession.

You can send your demo to  "Escena Digital voiceovers".  It is a voice overs agency:  http://www.locutortv.es/index_voiceoversspanish.htm

I came across this link to share with you, though I am not familiar with that industry nor the quality of the hub...it may be just what you can use!  Best wishes!

Obviously there are some great suggestions here. Not knowing much about this line of work, and probably having no business answering, I have a recommendation to think about.

You could upload videos to YouTube or another video upload site. Use other methods too of course, but record your voice doing what you do best and upload it. Get your voice out there and get an audience. The more people hear you, the better your chances of catching the attention of the right person. If you use material free of copyright obligations, you could even monetize it.

    Good luck!
