My stats are showing negative views---hopefully, just a glitch?
Probably a glitch, but if my views get any lower on the majority of my hubs, they will have to revert to negative views, lol.
Sorry to hear about your views Dale. I guess if it is a glitch it is not across the board on HP. I'll check in with Google Analytic s tomorrow and compare.
The only thing I've done differently is change my featured hubs on my profile. Not sure if related.
I checked in Google Analytics and apparently I just crashed and burned. Shame; was doing so well, too I'm not at 0 or in the negatives but just as well be. It was a fun ride while it lasted. Frankly, much to busy to spend time figuring it out. I have a few hubs in various stages of completion so I will publish and then say my farewells to writing until search activity returns.
This is a known issue and has been forwarded to our engineering team.
Thanks for your continued patience.

There's been another discussion about this in the last day or two SB, but I can't seem to find it at the mo.
On my "Stats" page, my page views are down but not negative. On "My Traffic Sources" page my views from HubPages have gone down from a -14 to a -16 in the last day. That, coupled with an earnings of $0.00 for 10/28, makes me wonder how accurate any of the stats and earnings are. When the numbers don't make sense, how can you have confidence in them?
Thanks for looking for it. I'll comb the forums to see. It does look a bit strange.
Waste of Time combing the forums mate
There are heaps of knotty threads everywhere in there.... Maybe best to use a brush!
You have negative views, I have slideshow vieiws.
Today I have as many slideshow views as views. That's not too unreasonable considering that one hub has 8 views but 632 slideshow views. With 10 pics in the hub. Not bad, eh?
Bankscottage, et. al: I got $0.00 for 10/28, too, and there isn't an asterisk as there is by other dates, so not sure if this is a firm amount or if it will change in a day or two. I have to think on the bright side for HP. Like all cycles there are peaks and troughs and one cannot foretell that what we don't see may be good things coming our way. If not, I will keep writing Hubs and doing my very best. Regards --Deb
10/28 was updated with an income. Hope yours was too.

Wow! Something amazing has happened over night! Nearly all my hubs have red up arrows next to them. Ones that were getting 200 views a day have gone up to 700 views. My normal range of page views in a day for all my hubs is around 800, now the figure is 2,400! I'm very happy about this but is it a...

Am I reading the stats correctly? Have I missed something? Over night CPM has virtually halved, impressions doubled and earnings slightly raised! Is this a glitch or a fundamental shift in management?

Hello Hubbers!I'd like to give you a heads up about slideshow stats going away (sometime around the end of the week). We're removing them because:1. The information they provide has not been particularly useful2. The numbers we are able to provide are not entirely accurate, so even those who like...

Hey Hubbers,If you've not taken a look at your statistics page, then I advise you do so. It appears as if Staff has completely eliminated the slideshow views as a statistic? If this was indeed the case and it wasn't moved elsewhere, then why wasn't the community told about it?If it was moved to...

I had a shock just now when I looked at the pageview. The lowest ever, nose dived to 25% of my normal stats. Since the Google change (or whatever you call it) a few months ago, my pageview has been reduce by half. And then this morning. Anyone has this problem or comments on...

The listing for Photo views seems to appear randomly on our Statistics page. How about adding a tab to the page just to the right of "page views" where we can click on to see our photo views? Or a separate page even. With the monetizing of the slideshow this could be a good feature....
