newsworthy you can sign up now and finish it on Tuesday
Hmmm.... I'm in. I think. I signed up but it doesn't seem to have completed my registration. It says "done" but it doesn't seem done. I'll check my email and see.
Anyways "count me in".
I love what you are doing. I've been studying climate change for many years now and the effects it would have on our planet, before it was even "officially" acknowledged in the mainstream. Great idea!
Great to have you on board.I will fix any challenges as soon as I can.
Count me in, my hub won't be ready till Tuesday some time as I'll be away from my computer excepts for a couple of minutes here and there. Have a great day all Zsuzsy
This is a very cool idea. If I come up with a good hub on the subject, I will join.
Here is a tip add the RSS feed
I'm writing about carbon footprints. That phrase has always intrigued me!
I´ve joined but I when I tried to put the script code on one of my blogs it didn´t work .
I´ll start to make the hub .
Well done to eveyone who is on their way to make $5 so far .
If you can not insert the iframe then just take a screen shot of your white lable and link to that
Thanks, it´s done . And I think it is quite nice: http://mdebikes.blogspot.com/ .
“Count me in”
Now back to the hub.
And now that it´s done and still fresh here it is:
http://hubpages.com/hub/Ways-to-improve … -footprint
I really hope you like it Murray . And if you think there is something you would like me to add please don´t hesitate!
I would do ALMOST everything for that $200 .
-I have also created this page
http://hubpages.com/hub/Carbon-Offsetti … -x-5-a-hub
If you also post your comments and carry the rss feed from that page it will help to get everyone indexed in google.
-I have linked to it from several of my pages.
Hi, Murray: This is a great idea, but I'm confused about the close of the competition. You say it closes on Friday, 24th, but the 24th is Saturday. Does it end Friday 23rd or Sat. 24th? Thanks!
Well done PM me your paypal email and I will send you $5 !
I do not think that it is fair if I comment on individual hubs while the contest is going.
Hi there! Count me in Murray!
In fact I already did my article about Reducing Carbon Emission. This is my first blog here at HubPages, so I hope I did okay.
Here is the link - http://hubpages.com/hub/Reducing-Carbon-Emission
Please have time post a comment on my HubPage, I really appreciate it. Thanks!
Did you do this to get your $5

Here's the link to my hub:

Signed up at Carbon Advice Group
Wrote and posted the hub here on hubpages
I have posted the link here in the forum.
I guess I'm supposed to email you now?
Just an idea, it you write about your love for carbon offsetting then you could enter it in this weeks hubmob too. That will get you more links to your hub and more traffic from google
I'm done as Christoph said I'm in now here is the link
I've signed up to the Carbon Advice Group (I will go later and make the site more Me) but I wanted to publish the hub first.
It is linked and published and RSS'd
How are people putting those clickable banners in their hubs? Can somebody enlighten me?
Yes, I see. Was just trying one. I have the HTML code, but can't get it to work in the text capsule set on HTML. I must be putting it in the wrong place.
Funride's is clickable. Do I insert the HTML in between the letters on the HTML text capsule that are already there, or erase what's there then paste my code..or what?
Ok. Funrides is not on hubpages. Probably, hubpages does not allow some of the particular codes that go with this banner. Does that seem like a logical explanation?
Hubpages only like one link out per hub, that is why I said only one link
Murry: I recieved the $5.00. Thanks!
Funride: Improved you hub? IMPROVED YOUR HUB???? FOUL! Oh, so you did, did you, Mr. Funride? Do you mean to suggest that your hub was not 100% in the first place? Did you not put as much effort into it originally? Ha! I would never do such a thing. I will, however, have to go see what illegal activities you have been up to over there. Besides, your hub was just fine.
Thanks for confirming that stuff about the banner. I figured it out eventually, but I wasn't sure, so I appreciate the confirmation. Thanks!
Something most be wrong because I haven´t got it yet .
Oh, I get it! Murray is waiting until the end of the contest to give me the $205.00 in one single payment .
Now don´t you go back on your word because I´ll also be checking if you made some changes to your hub . Besides I clearly warn everybody that I had to make some betterments in my hub (I believe I received some kind of substandard warning ).
Murray I just received notification from Paypal. Thank you for the 5.00 dollars.
Funride yeah I'm with Christoph on this what kind of 'shinanagans' are these? (heaven only knows how to spell that word) I'm off to check out what you've done to that perfect hub of yours.
Okay so maybe I should go and add extra stuff to mine too...hmmmm
Greetings all from a most gloriously sunny winter day in southern Ontario zs
Not long to go now You have until tomorrow at 6pm to get your hub in for the comp.
It was supposed to be Friday at 6 but I go the dates wrong so you have a little longer
I just published my hub on "What's Your Carbon Footprint?". This was an exciting hub to write. I've been talking about climate change long before people would believe me. The progress made in the last couple years has been awesome. although we are off to a late start!
http://hubpages.com/_HubLink/hub/Whats- … print?done

By a top-quality Hub, I mean one that is more than 1,000 words, contains original or carefully chosen photos from other sources, gets a Hubscore at least into the 80s if not the 90s and is Featured. It may or may not be...

I believe a quality hub can be produced if the effort is put forth and time is taken to proof read, edit, proof read #2 and if necessary edit #2. Quality hubs come from people who do their homework, follow instructions,...

I have one Idle status for a brand new hub. It is performing well for two days with lots of comments. Many of the other hubs are not nearly as successfu. I am wondering why this is happening.

I am new here and made two hubs. And with my experience in web 2.0, conforming to a community's standards is part on the internet marketing game. So, what makes a quality hub, really? Is there a standard, a model, a...
