How do I get one of those cool hub sub-categorizing tools that everyone seems to have.  You know, the tool that breaks the hubs into categories like life, relationships, food, etc...  I've looked for it in the helps and can't seem to find it.  Be a friend smile

Go to your account, look for filter hubs, should be at the top.

      click, article groups, edit groups...

then you can catagorize your hubs.  smile

I think that is organic based on your hub's tags.

Not sure how many hubs you need for that to start, but it just happens...... smile

I think you have to have published 15 hubs before that shows up on your profile.

Thanks for the help.  I'm gonna give those things a try.  If I can't make it work, I'll assume I'll have to wait until I publish a certain number of hubs.  Until then, I guess I'll just have to be jealous of the rest of you who have the sub-categorizer smile

No, it has to happen before fifteen because I've just yesterday reached fifteen and I've had those buttons .... well for as long as I can remember.  What I'm excited about but can't find a hub suitable to use it with is the "Poll" feature!  My hubs are primarily editorial in nature (relationships and lifestyles and things of that ilk) so it's kinda a weird topic to just randomly poll on.

In relation to this, though, my hub categorizing tool doesn't seem to do so properly....things that are clearly about relationships wind up under the "friends" tab and so on....strange but maybe it's just a glytch?

The profile page categorizing and happenings were part of changes announced here.  You need 15 hubs to see the more advanced layout.
