I posted two new hubs yesterday. Already, I have 5 facebook likes and 3 different comments on one of the hubs. Unfortunately, the traffic tracker isn't catching any of the traffic that they've seen. They both still have pretty little 0's all the way across the board, which doesn't even begin to make sense, seeing as they've been approved and would have had to have been looked at in order to go through. I know there were issues with this before, people who were used to getting thousands of hits getting under a hundred a day... it was a forum topic just a week or two ago and the people from HP said it was fixed. It's not fixed and it's not the traffic itself, as I have proof there have been more than '0' viewers. Traffic is not being tracked. Please fix this!
I posted a new hub yesterday that hasn't appeared on the feed page yet like all new hubs do.
My stats have also not change for over 24 hours. And not a word from the powers that be to let us know what's going on and when it will be resolved. This is very frustrating!
Our statistics have not been updated for 30 hours according my account page. This is becoming a repeated problem on weekends when there is no one, staff wise, around. I do believe that HP runs less than a skeleton crew on weekends. In the past, HP staff has fixed the problem on Monday.
Thanks for that info Dale, I wasn't aware that HP has less staff on weekends. Makes no sense really when the internet never sleeps and HP at its most active on w'ends.
I agree! I have a paid subscription for a chat service that we use quite often and support is available 24/7 for the reason you have given about the internet.
HP is not alone with not staffng and monitoring, however. I ordered from Dell yesterday and had a question today and can reach no one. They show on the site that help is available 24/7.
Randy may have the answer, lol....staff is exhausted from doing "other" things during the week.
They are probably tired from all of that Idling all week long!
My stats have not been upcated for two days! I am new...does this happen often?
I don't know if it happens often. It seems to be a very apparent glitch that is affecting every one at the moment. Enjoy!
Yes, unfortunately. I wish I could give you a more encouraging answer, but I am an honest person.
Cause encouraging ppl are all a bunch of freaking liars! lol
Yes. Yes, they are. A positive outlook is always doomed to failure; negativism should always be encouraged.
hahaha, ok if you say so... Ill see if I can rearrange my outlook to suck mode. (twss)
Don't bother. After you've been here more than few months it will happen as a matter of course.
Only some of them. The rest are usually uninformed.
Please see: http://hubpages.com/forum/topic/110334
Hope you hurry, lol. It has now been 36 hours... I am going into stats withdrawal!
I could make some up for you if it would make you feel better.
Apparently your traffic has increased 95% last night. Nice job!
Has anyone else noticed pics changing on their hubs. I had updated a few pics and they appear to keep reverting to the original pic I had up. Only since this other stuff has been happening.
Try them a second time and they should take, Beth.
The HP control room just made it to Google's front page. https://www.google.com/
I am a bit worried about these problems, I'm new here and I am thinking what if suddenly hub's server erases all date we enter (our hubs).. :S
I wouldn't worry about it, although I also wouldn't try to make any changes or write a hub right now...
I did and it was super glitchy on FF but much better on google chrome.
Hmmm. Seems like my FF updated very recently - wonder if that's a part of it?
Me, neither. I know where the "on" button is and to click on the little fox picture. Beyond that I let someone else worry.
Not Happy Camper Day for Squidoo either... http://www.squidoo.com/magictos
I guess only the records are not showing but the traffic is there. Sometimes traffic numbers in HP are delayed due to bulk scanning and updating. Just my understanding...

Has there been another update from Google? I ask since my views have been dropping rapidly every hour since the past 6 hours. Surprisingly the total views in the stats has remained stationary since the same time.Stats on analytics do not show any abnormal drop in visitors or views. Are other hubbers...

My hubpages account shows statistics which is 2 days old, why is it not updated for 6 or 4 hours?is Hubpages having technical problem or experiencing a server overload, because Hubpages which used to load quickly is now loading very slow even in 3G connections.

It happens every week and when we post it in the forums we get attitude from some staff members. Why does this keep happening? I really don't understand it. If the program which controls the stats is broken then get it fixed.

What is going on? Not only are my numbers frozen on my stats page, but there have been no financial upgrades in days. It is very hard to deal with problems if you cannot see what is happening. I have seen no forum threads about this, so am wondering if the team is just too busy...

I'm a newbie so I really want to see how my work is doing and if my improvements are attracting more traffic to my hubs, but the traffic hasn't been updated in over 16 hours. Is something wrong with the site?

my traffic is dropping steadily the past week...i have done all the suggestions that hubpages staff have given and tweaked the hubs to be streamlined and still traffic is disappearing.is it time to move on?
