I beg you to help me. It will take you only 5-10 minutes of reading and nothing more.
I will be publishing my first book soon; however as I don't have enough money to publish and distribute three books, I have to decide one of my three, already written books (p.s. don't worry about my grammar, it will improve, the English version will be edited by a professional)

I would really need your help, it will only take you a few minutes of your time ... Please read the short descriptions of the books I've thrown around and help me decide.
P.s. Don't worry about the Hub itself, I will proceed to deleting it in the following hours, I just need some quick tips from 3 or 4 of you.
Thanks,
ID Ivanoff
Also, you should look into e-book publishing--it's nearly free.
I agree with Kierstin. E-book publishing is nearly free, especially through Amazon Kindle program. Plus, you really need to look into Amazon's Createspace for publishing physical books (www.createspace.com) which can also publish on Kindle at the same time.
Like you, I self-published my first book with a publishing company. Had good results, but it was expensive when I considered publishing future niche topic books. Then I found Createspace. If you use their free tools, it is totally free to you, unless you want expanded distribution (through bookstores and libraries) which is currently about $25 to add it. All books are printed on demand when ordered.
These programs make it possible for you to do multiple books for very little cash. So you could publish all three! Check it out and keep us posted on your publishing adventures.
Heidi, you are so right. I published four books with Createspace and all it cost me was a proof copy for each. It's the way to go and you have control over your book.
Joanne, I've published 5 books on Createspace and have been very pleased. I love being in control of the process. Today, we are ALL publishers!
I'm not expecting to become a millionaire with the books themselves. The books are great marketing tools for other aspects of my business. They're today's pumped up business card.
I think that each book could stand a chance at being a hit. Personally, growing up a huge "Alice and Wonderland" fan, I was kind of drawn to THE SUNSHINE OF A DREAM. I also like the idea of your Utopian-likey society in THE ECTO TERRA- THE iWORLD.
All three have good marketability but to different audiences. Given the ever expanding technology we deal with today I would go with Ecto Terra The iWorld it could possibly garner the larger audience.
Thank you, fellow Hubbers. Your comments were very helpful

If there are any professional, published authors here on hubpages (and I'm sure there are tons of you guys) I was wondering if someone could tell me if self-publishing is good or bad, and maybe give a couple of pros and cons. It would be my first book.

I recently published a book using Lulu.com. The next step is to market it so others might discover it with the hope of building sales. Lulu offers marketing along with editing and other services to help in this effort all at a cost. Marketing a self published book is...

I'm nearing completion of one of my projects, and I'm thinking it's the book I want to debut with. I've always been cautious of publishing companies, especially when I hear about how they dictate everything from titles to content. I started looking into self-publishing as an alternative, but it's...

If you self-publish on-line, what on-line publishing company do you use?I am currently using Amazon Createspace for 'in print' versions, having also tried lulu.com. For e-books I am using kdp and smashwords. I have also published on kobo. So far I am happy with Createspace then...
