Very weird the forum [New HubPages Sites Launching Soon] has been shifted to Topical Forums >> Family and Parenting >>>> Teaching Positive Skills and Behaviors !!!! Hard to find there!!! Good One!!!
Why in the world would the team do something like that?
This was a mistake and the post has been moved back. Apologies for the confusion.
People posting ships sinking with rats jumping overboard..that's just silly. They should be disappointed.
Managing change is a delicate art.
'Teaching Positive Skills and Behaviors' is a nice touch of irony, though, lol.
For those who have not seen that major thread and still want to add some questions / comments, here is the link:
http://hubpages.com/family/forum/135078 … ching-soon
But then, they may move it again, who knows. Are we playing a game of hide and seek?
Here is an excerpt from HP's About the Team page:
"Before officially joining the HubPages Team, Robin was a third grade teacher in Cupertino, CA and a stay-at-home mom to her and Paul Edmondson’s three girls."
And here is an excerpt from my Rumors and Secrets about HubPages Staff page that I wrote elsewhere eight months ago:
"Was a third grade school teacher, turned out to be the perfect training for managing writers."
-----
Though written in jest, I guess Robin and/or others at HP agree with me.
This is the first time in all the time that I have known you (online) that I think you may have been unkind.
I reckon you must be very concerned.
'Twas not meant to be.
Writers are famous for needing "managing".
As are most artists for that matter.
And I'm not the one who stuck the thread under Parenting. Just presenting my humorous (?) theory as to why.
I guess I went too far with that one.
I'm sure it was subconscious on HP's part, i.e., not deliberate .
I need some catholic school holy water after some of these end of times articles..ugh I'm getting off topic...carry on.
I really wish these threads would go in more proper order..sorry off track again lol
Top-right of page, click chronological?
Why HP even has threaded is beyond me. Causes more miscommunication problems than anything else around here.
Have you not seen the options to view as threaded or chronological at the top right hand of the page?
LOL...well I'll be a son of gun...I have two eyes..PERHAPS I SHOULD START USING THEM!!! Thanks guys!
Not your fault HP makes threaded the default. Happens to virtually every new arrival until someone mentions it.

It looks like a fourth of my feed lately is comprised of new people wanting the rest of us to tell them how to write. All day I get request after request for help on passing the Quality Assessment. I mean Really? Many of your requests are just one step above being a jumble of mis-spelled words...

My friend says Hub Pages is the best forum site on the web if I want somewhere to chat, but where is the interaction? I've been here about 12 hours and haven't noticed much of it.

Hello everyone, this is a bid deal for revenue, but it's going to sound a bit technical. The net is this should increase yields for HP Ads.Over the next few weeks, we are going to add the third part of our ad stack that should drive a fair amount of incremental ad revenue through a feature...

Who thinks we should ask to reinstate a page dedicated to locating hubbers by hubber score. Beginning with 100-0.We once had such a page here that made the hubber score much more relevant, and we could at least get a chance to locate the top hubbers who most definitely deserved high praise for...
