The radio show has been in touch with me this week, and if all goes well, my interview will take place on August 9 at 7:30 central time. This show is done live on Facebook and then saved in their videos, so if you want to see it, you can use this link
https://www.facebook.com/pg/TheRVShowUS … _internal.
Or, you can watch it at any time by pulling up The RV Show USA and scrolling down to videos and then choosing the one that was taped on August 9, 2017. I believe mine will be the first interview.
This show is also broadcast every weekend on radio using the Westwood One Satellite platform, but your best bet is simply to go to FB and follow the above directions if you want to hear the interview.
It's a nationally syndicated show and is for people who are interested in the RV lifestyle.
So, there you have it. Partake if you like, or not...just giving you the info I promised.
My article about dumb mistakes RVers make will be the topic!
That's great news. I'll listen back to it on Facebook when it's been broadcast. I bet you're looking forward to it.
Yes. I think it will be fun. This isn't the first time I've been interviewed on the radio, but it's different because the last interview was a face to face and took two hours. This one is remote and will last less than 1/2 hour and is very specific to one article I wrote. I prefer the face to face, but since the show is broadcast out of Texas, that just isn't possible. You'll be able to listen to it any time after the broadcast date just by accessing their Facebook page.
Nope...just hoping to get some extra page views out of this!
I look forward to hearing it. Thanks for the link. Have a good one:)
Wow, that's awesome that you are contacted for interviews. Congrats!
That's a great news, TT2. I didn't know you gave Radio interviews previously also. I would want to listen to it on Facebook this time. Wish you all the best.
If you send out a reminder after it is posted I will share the heck out of it for ya
Good idea, thanks. I had to post a reminder to myself about it so I won't forget to make myself available for that ever so important phone call! Will post a reminder to fellow Hubbers after it's over.
That must be exciting I'm sure your views will get a nice boost. You must be doing very well on here.
The past 5 months or so have really been good for me, no question. Don't know if things will continue this way, but I plan to "ride the horse until it dies!". Will hit one million four hundred and fifty thousand views today, so am not complaining, that's for sure.
Excellent numbers, you'll be at 2 million before you know it.
Given my time zone I'll probably miss it, but good luck with it
Time zone won't matter because they archive them on their FB site. It will show up on Aug 14 if you're interested in listening.
I am pleased for you. This just goes to show how there is no telling who is reading our articles and where it may lead. This is very inspiring and I look forward to hearing it.
Congratulations.
Thanks so much. Yes, it surprised me! May not amount to anything, but what the heck...it won't cost anything to give it a try.
Thanks for the update, looking forward to hearing your interview. Great news!
So bummed. I tried to get to the interview, spent over 30 minutes using the link, tried iPhone and laptop, even tried via fb. Missed it! I hope it went well. Will try again once it's posted in the archives.
Sorry about that, Jan. Yes, their website is tricky to use. On Monday, August 14, you can go back to the website, click on videos and click on the August 9 date. Then you'll be able to hear it.
It went very fast and was very short. He asked questions I wasn't expecting, most of which required more than the allotted time for answers...so I don't know how much the info I gave helped people.
Thanks for trying, but you will be able to listen starting Monday. I don't know how long they keep the videos of the podcast online, but I think it's at least a week.
Great, I'll check it out. Always want to support fellow hubbers /writers when I can.
T2, post a link of it in the forums so we can check it out easier.
thervshowusa.com I had posted this before but here it is again.
That link is bad but I found it back at the top of the thread. I'll check it out later tonight. Thanks.
You won't be able to check it out until August 14 as far as listening to the interview. You'll only be able to view the site itself.
http://thervshowusa.com/ Took this right off the URL section. Try it and see if it works now. Thanks.
I can get the website but don't know where to go from there. Date and hour seems to be what we need to know next
You click on "Listen" and then go to hour one of the August 9 broadcast. I was the first interview. You cannot do this until Monday, which is when they will post the video.

Today I received an email from a radio talk show. They want to interview me about my writing! I don't have all the details yet, but am very pleased that they even asked. Apparently someone read one of my hubs that is on AxleAddict, and they were informed about it, read it, and...

I don't know about you, but I am so tired of reading or hearing of all the bad news going on in this world. Surely, there is some good news out there in the world! If you've read of something good, inspirational, positive, heartwarming, humans being kind to one another ...anything good,...

I'm seeing an uptick in views the past few days, today being the best. I'm wondering if anybody else is having this same thing happen? It's in both subdomains, but in my main one, views have doubled. Almost afraid to like it because it seems odd for my stuff at this time of...

What is the "Good News?" What is its purpose?I have seen the term used among people on religious forums. I wonder if there is a unified understanding of the term.

The gospel means Good News, so what exactly is the good news Jesus brought? The word gospel is misused by many Christians. And why do many christians misuse this word? Many think everything in the bible is the gospel. What gospel (good news) did Jesus bring and preach during His ministry? What...
