Views = No Money
Clicks = Money
Tis deff the clicks, ya gotta get those clicks moi friend !
It depends what you are on Hubpages for to be honest. Some people are purely here for money. Others are here for increased exposure for their writings and are happy just to know that someone is taking an interest in what they create. For me it is a bit of both.
Also sorry for not replying to your earlier email - haven't had time yet really and to be honest I haven't got a secret. Also I do pretty badly compared to some people.
For me, it page views. I know it sounds odd, because clicks means money, but I would rather be well read. And if the views are constant and consistant, the clicks will follow.
That is of course a valid point and one I considered after I posted, well pointed out !
So one can assume that if there are plenty of clicks that there must be lots of pageviews.
The question is a little obscure I guess. Maybe the OP should be asking: would you rather be rich or famous?
Personally I would go for famous and my guess from reading your hubs oh Dark One is so would you, btw great last hub !
Actually, no. If the choice were to be only rich or only famous (and you can't say "I'll be famous and use that to become rich" and vice versa) then I'd rather riches.
Being able to walk down a street or go shopping without being photographed and followed by strangers does have its benefits.
well, both. it relies on each other. in adsense case, you got trouble if gets click for every page view, mean 100% ctr. i heared if u got more than 5% CTR this day, you will be monitored but it depends on where your traffic coming from.
for me, pageview first. money will follow you along with the number of pageview.
clicks is what you need to make money, It is also a good feeling when you get a lot of views as you know your work is giving some enjoyment to others. use in demand keywords with low search engine competition within your content to generate high paying keywords.
Hope this helps
My guess is that clicks make more money,but page veiws do also.Keep on reading and hubbing...
page views ,
think deeply , it is the only thing we can do & get more money from .................
Generally...Both
* More Views > More clicks (or say more chances of clicks) > More Revenue
* More clicks > More revenue
Further, what important depends on...
What you need -
Revenue or Exposure of yous hubs (passion of writing)
For former Clicks...latter- Views
Hope that helps
Regards
well for me its page views. it gives me great joy to see the number of people who read my hubs, the more the views then comes the clicks.
For me, traffic is more important than anything. Traffic will bring in high pageview and clicks.

I am experiencing an overall average off 66 percent less page views per day, for seven days versus a week previous and for the past two months. Such a huge drop in page views makes me think that Google has tuned up something again. I do know that I don't have the time and energy to keep...
