http://www.google.com/analytics/sign_up.html Go sign up for Analytics, then when you get your code (It'll be UA-somethingorother) you go to your "my account" page, click "affiliate settings" then click "edit", paste in your Analytics ID, submit, then voila! Done!
Hey gamergirl:
But, when you sign up for Analytics accounts, you provide a URL -- YOUR URL -- SPECIFIC TO YOU -- for each site or blog.
I have separate Analytics codes (UA-xxxxxx) for each of my websites such as
http://www.prestige-wristwatches.com/
and for each Google blogspot blog such as
http://urban-survival-techniques.blogspot.com/
What would you use for Hub? You can't use the top site URL. You'd be tracking EVERYONE's Hubs including yours. And it would be ridiculous to get a separate code for each Hub. (If you had 100 Hubs, then you would need 100 Analytics codes.)
Both marlenebr and I need clarification.
dabeaner : You just use hubpages.com as the URL. Don't worry it won't track all hubs just yours.
Take that UA code they give you and place it into your hubpages account.
