      The price is a little high but you and the crew are worth every penny. Only 1.3 BILLION wow

        Well Mark, We had a cold front here in Miami, which meant that I had to give up my flipflops and wear sneakers. But I'm still wearing shorts and a sleeveless top to take out the trash, so it's not that bad. Come on down! You won't freeze here! Promise!
