    Helloooooo   everyone.  woke up this morning at 2 a.m. and could barely lift my head off the pillow from a stiff neck!  Too much hubbing, I suppose, lol   

    Had to call out of work and go to the dr's for a muscle relaxer.

        I had a shot in my butt at the dr's -- do you know how long it has been since I've had a shot like that, LOL?  A very long time.  But, the shot helped with the pain and then I took a muscle relaxer at bed.  I'm still having some pain but at least I can move it around now!!!  Thanks for asking.

        Mark, it's so nice down here in Miami! It's 77 degrees. BEAUTIFUL WEATHER! I'm in and out doing the holiday shopping (the only part of Christmas that I dislike) and doing lots of cooking too. Trying new recipes and inviting friends over. It's all good. If I'm not at the mall or in the kitchen, I'm watching the HEAT game on TV. smile Gotta love those three big boys!!!

Yes you are right, A lot of our friends here on HP are like brothers and sisters and I tell them it seems like we have known each other for years.  I guess it is because we all have the same thing in common {writing} , but I must say these people here on HP are the greatest and bring a smile to me when I hear from them and when they are not around I tend to be sad sad
