This weather is the pits/ 15 inches and now plows on main roads through my towns . Now turning to ice and 2 more inches tomorrow. I want my boat and the Beach so bad I can taste it.

Yeah, it does seem that way. For some reason, the forums haven't been as active as they used to be. Oh well, im sure everyone is probably busy. I haven't been up to much to be honest. I was probably going to try to see a few movies today on my day off while running some errands. however, i guess we'll see how that goes.
How about you? what have you been up to lately?Well digging out of snow every other 2-3 days. Last night got 15 inches of heavy wet snow. At the end of my drive the plow were so nice to build a 4+ pile of snow behind everyones drive way that froze. What a mess. They after that drove for 1 hour in horrible road conditions to my job and then plowed all day in the cemetery with nowhere to put all the snow. My check mussels are killing me.
Other than all that designing my new kitchen lay our Wife wants all cabinets ripped out and put new. That fine It would be the first timeWow, I'm sorry to hear all that. Sounds like she's really putting you to work out there.
Hopefully, you won't hurt yourself, as we still have to escort the girls later on the cruise ship. Oh yes Steve. I have to stay in tip top shape for our Hubgirls, or they may throw me to the curb
Aw come on, I'm sure they wouldn't throw you overboard or kick you to the curb. Nah, I think the girls like you too much to ever do that.

It has been a wild and wooly week at work AGAIN! I keep looking up at the sky expecting to see a full moon, but there isn't one. So, I guess people are just down right CRAZY!! and acting like fools in the hospital. Keeping me on my toes is an understatement.

I will exercise in the community pool in summer. At least this pool I don't have to take care of like the one in my back yard now.
I have to work tomorrow so I will check in now and then. I'm the only one in office so that's no problem. Get back to the keyboard No just kidding, you should take a break and watch some TV and give it heck in the morning.

Good morning everyone. I've finished #28 and two more to go. Thanks Marky for all of your rah, rah, go girl go, I needed that. I was awake ALL NIGHT b/c just as I was in the middle of the hub my daughter called to tell me some good news.
My oldest daughter joined hubpages in December-I discovered her 'secret' after my Christmas visit. Well she wrote a hub a few days ago about a Teacher experience and it is up for the Hubnugget nomination.
So, I am promoting and encouraging everyone on the threads to get over to Patty's hubstory about the hubnugget nominations and read and vote. There are three great topics: Books, Travel and RElationships. Lots to discover. And, of course I am going to put a plug in for your vote for hubber Cardelean. That's where my money went.
Now, I'm off to go to sleep for a few hours before groc shopping. No Zumba for me today. Take care and STAY WARM!

Yea I know about the arms. It usually takes abhout 2-3 day for me to be really sore about a work out or work period. You may feel more sore tomorrow but I hope not because that will hinder your little fingers from typing

The house needs rugs and need to paint all ooms, But now the bride wants new kitchen cabinets That's ok thoug, every house I've had need all that work and thank God I can do it all. I used to build spec homes with my father-in-law. when we had our own business.
That is before air (nail guns) so you can imagine how sore my arms were swinging that hammer for 1000's of nails driven in that wood.

Ok, the hubnugget nominations: when you get to the forum page look to the right of the page and the hubnugget wannabee hub by Patty Inglish should be one of the top 3 hubs. When you click on that you will see the 'story' that Patty wrote to introduce the wannabees. Cara's hub is called A Lesson for the Teacher. Her category is Books and Literature. Patty has the six hubs listed in her story and a little voting circle next to it. Just follow that and you should be fine. There are always 3 categories to introduce the new hubbers. Just got home from shore. Went to Home depot to buy the paint and things. I voted on Cara Hub and I commented too., What a beautiful and touching Hub I must say. She did a great job and I sure hope she wins.
Yes I am a man of many hats for sure. I have done it all Denise, believe me I mean all and some very interesting thing in the Hospital as well which I'd rather not say here, but if you know pathologist you know what I mean.

Yep I got it and went to settlement on Wednesday. Lin and I went down and started painting and designing the Kitchen for new cabinets and counter top.
it's going to be wonderful. every house we buy we remodel so it' nothing new to us.
We have our own taste as we all do, so beings it is MT now the time to do all that stuff. I really love it though. It is gong to be great. finally OUR HOME BuY THE SEA. Didn't Genesis sing that song Home By the Sea ?

It's still snowing.... and blowing....
@ Steven -- yea, a bit chilly today. With wind it was below -25C... brrrr!!! Made it in to work ok but only stayed for 3 hours and left. I wasn't up to fighting traffic at the end of the day. Good plan, but didn't work too well. Seems the rest of the city's population thought the same way I did.
@ Denise -- ah, I wonder why they don't have snow days for adults!!! I guess (at least for us up here), no work would ever get done! Hope you weathered it well!
@ Mark -- at least you are now finished with the snow. It's still coming down here. Shovelled at least a foot and half tonight (that fell within 5 hours) and it looks like I have to start all over again!!! I don't see the end in sight for tonight. Weather warning is still up.... we have only half of what has been called for. Good thing I'm at work early -- 6:30 am (hmmmm... don't know if that is really good or not....) but hopefully I'll miss the traffic. Have fun stripping carpet and painting! Sounds like fun -- but I think snow angels, snowball fights and running the dogs is fun too.
