    I know that I should know this, but I don't, what is rss feeds and how do I use it?

    I am, as I've stated so many times before, computer challenged.  So someone please tell me in plain, down to earth language.  What do I do with rss feeds, or better still what is it.

    An rss feed is an update of a sites content sent directly to your email You can sign up for one by finding it on a website then going to your email and looking for your rss feeds and you will see it there.
