      Go to the "Formatting Tips"  You'll find it in the bottom right hand corner of the "post a reply" box.
      
      I always hit the "Preview" button before submitting to make sure I got it right.

                  yes go to the web page with the image you want,I normally right click on the image and you will find that it will start with something like http:// and end in jpg. Then put this in front of the link[img]and this directly after it[/img]
                  
                  When you right click the image go to properties and it will tell you the link good luck

                        My pleasure Eaglekiwi don't worry you are not alone it took me ages to work out, just remember put the link of the pic by right clicking on it and clicking properties will show you something like this http://weird pics.com/u/13009_100.jpg. Just copy the whole thing and put it between these tags [img]the link you copied[/img]and you will be spitting out pics before you know it. If I can do it I know you will have no problems, I have great faith in you lol.

         This is one of a series of artworks from Australian artist Patricia Piccinini.
         
         I went to an exhibition of her work recently when it was displayed at our local museum.
         
         Her work is controversial. It's confronting, yet can be gentle.
         She ehhibits all around the world.
         Her artworld are incredibly lifelike and detailed.
         Even from a foot away, the creatures look real.
         
         Do a google search for reviews and articles about her.
         images.google.com has images of her work.
         You'll either love her work or hate it.
         But you won't forget it.
