In your browser, there is a setting where you can make any page on the web, or ANY FILE on your hard disk, your home page.
In Firefox, click "Tools|Options|General|". At the top of the popup window where it says "Startup" is where you make as your homepage whatever URL or file you want.
I could also tell you how to do it in Microsucks Internet Explorer, but if you insist on using that POS, consider finding out how to do that yourself, as your homework assignment.
Anyway, you can make any URL on HubPages your homepage -- the HubPages home page, your profile, whatever. But you will still have to log in.
In Internet Explorer, browse to HubPages, and you probably want to go to your profile e.g. http://hubpages.com/profile/****** (where ******* is your Hub ID).
When you are on your desired page, go to the IE menu and click Tools.
Then click Internet Options.
Then click Use Current.
Then click OK.
