So what else do you people do other than spending time on HubPages?
Hubbers will love to know a bit more about their HubMates.
I work 40+ hours a week. Plus several blogs, my own website, raise/breed reptiles, 2 dogs, boyfriend, etc. Not much spare time, especially as I'll be starting back college soon.
I spend my time away from Hubpages creating backlinks to my Hubpages....
so you see, I have very diverse hobbies.
I'm busy raising a large family, providing consulting services for architectural design, teaching computer courses (both privately and corporately), writing on line (besides hubpages) and doing a few other miscellaneous things.
There are two Posts the same.
I design enviro houses. Two more years and I am an Architect, I have a M.A, and used to teach Glass Art.
Take care of family members, look for a job, write articles, work hard around the house painting and cleaning and take care of animals.
I work for a medical device company, physician training (aka marketing) work with OB/GYN and Urologists training other physicians. Write on the side and take care of my young son and husband. Always busy and alwasy fun.
Dream of love, ask questions, chase my little one around the house, drink beer, write, dance with my little one in the rain, smoke cigarettes, laugh and sing with my little one. post comments on hubpages, and drink coffee all day long.
Iam looking for work in retail and keeping my home in order and making yummmy chocolate cakes and reading and knitting
I have my own day job - a small accounting firm. I also teach part-time and write part-time for other writing sites. Oh and I take care of my family, too .
I like to read non-fiction books and draw faces with big eyes!
Thank you all for replying to this thread... Seems like most of the hubbers have drive to succeed...
BTW I make money online with my websites and blogs... Do some web development for others if some one is really keen to get his site developed by me.
I also teach C++ and Data structures to BS(CS)students.
I forgot to mention... I am studying also... But not studying any courses this semester as I wanted to spend some time working online.
I'm 59 years old and do whatever the hell I choose whenever I want. I may choose to run naked in the rain today or maybe not. I'm sick of the rain this week.
I work in health promotions. Work at a restaurant. Go to school full time, I'm a senior bio major. Volunteer. Go to the beach. Go on dates with my boyfriend, and out with friends. And study
I work as a body piercer at lucky bamboo tattoo in layton utah. I want to get into art school. I like to listen to alot of diverse music and enjoy quiet places in nature
I own an internet marketing firm. I also spend significant time keeping squirrels out of the bird feeders.
part-time [restaurant] italian opera singer, avid creative writer, recreational ballet and pole dancer, freelance graphic designer and tech writer, obsessive re-organizer, rabid home improver, vintage clothing and art internet retailer, pet caretaker, ex-husband hater, soldier dater, compulsive interior decorator...
can i stop now? thank you.
I work in an office in finance, work part-time Sat mornings for a friend doing his books. Enjoy writing, reading and winding people up and I kinda don't like Pandas, is it just me or is that animal full of shite
Now I think Pandas are amazing, They are truly endangered, as the bamboo is becoming less dense in China where they eminate from.
They are the most wonderful creatures you could possibly meet.
Alot of work is being done to stop them becoming exctinct. So sorry but I have to totally disagree with you.You are :)probably slightly endangered yourself Cabingirl, unless you pop0 on a few more clothes. I can see a breach of decency.
And because they don't like to have sex
Have you ever met a panda? I have, and I agree they are amazing. There is a lot going on to help the population. Including panda porn, but it didn't work so well.
But breach of decency? Really?
Watch a lot of porn, smoke a lot of weed, drive around in my Ferrari.
Two of those three things are true.
Awww dont worry babes, the Ferrari will come !
I am just a lowly Cabin Girl, I work weekends at our local zoo. Its easy work, well except for clearing up all the Panda shite !
I work full time as an accountant. Am happily married and have four children, plus am now taking care of two of my sisters kids. I write for examiner, associated content, I have a blog and some other stuff. I am also a lyricist. I sew, I scrapbook, I have three dogs, a cat and a chicken. I sell Avon. I read alot. I am very busy, but happier than i have been in a long time.
I put together marketing campaigns for high-end vacation homes, knit, crochet, cook, sew, read, write, play with my doggies, spend time with my (now grown) kids, diy home projects, garden, b*tch about the snow in the winter, pay my taxes (ugh), and in general, just try to enjoy life.
Backgammon. Did I mention backgammon? Play it a lot. Gin rummy too. Any takers?
I write, paint, play WoW, bake, do house work, garden,
Hope one day to find a better way to live with my sleep disorder, So I can live a normal life and keep down a job, for more than six months at a time.

FYI Many of you know that my own problems with page view losses began exactly one month before Panda hit. I was desperate to find out what happened, and still am in limbo about it...however, I have followed the forums carefully and want to give this issue some perspective. Because...

I believe HubPages would greatly benefit from implementing a stronger, more thorough training period for new members. I have been writing for the internet for over seven years now. I know that may not seem long to some who have been writing longer than that. Yet in that time, I have written for...

Last month my brother didn't like my mention of him in a particular cricket hub and just last night my husband saw the recent hub I wrote about "saving money"(although very little personal info given there but still some info pertaining to him was mentioned which he felt I shouldn't have...

I'm currently trying to get my husband to help me write some hubs. I'm happy to type them up and edit them, I basically want his input on topics that I know nothing about - because the more topics you cover the more chance you have of getting a great niche. My husband is half won over on the idea I...

Was curious after seeing most of the long term - experienced Hubbers. So thought of doing some research. Topic explains it. Let's try to be truthful here. What really keeps you going on here on HP? Why should Hubpages be the First choice for any Writer? Please try to support your idea with...
