Present for 2 weeks, having 99 fans without a written hub and a fake avatar, I am salmanali123 from India. Admire me!

Very strange. And yup - not a single word written.
So you don't need words to publish hubs huh?
And you Haunty. You're becoming the Sherlock Holmes of HP!
It's making me feel kind of stupid for thinking up and typing all those words I've always thought Hubs are supposed to have.
Don't. I've moderated all his hubs, and he wasn't getting much traffic anyway (most of it probably coming from this thread).
These people usually leave after they realize they're fighting a losing battle. Don't let it bother you too much.
I thought his goal might be to accumulate enough fans to gain credibility and then he would start churning out commercial hubs.
Possibly. But that rarely works. I usually catch them before, or shortly after they start. It's a waste of time, really. They shouldn't bother.
Thanks, Maddie. It doesn't really bother me. In fact, I kind of admire the nerve some people have to give some approaches a try. In my next life I want to be more like they are.
he's cute, too. amazing how the promise of pretty sunsets gave him such a nice fan club. maybe he'll win the popularity contest for august.
I was a fan and he did have three hubs up before, no words but pictures of sunrises and other things. But i have deleted him since yea the hubs disappeared and all.
this is appaling and highly insulting. I work 12 hour days, juggle kids on my lap, eek out a hub here and there (most of the time with the kids on my lap!)....most of the time I have time just to answer a forum question, my score sucks, I don't have what you'd expect out of popularity after being here 3 months(compared to others here the same amount of time) and this jerk makes a lauging stock of Hub Pages...cheapens the hard work of others...
Don't get upset. It's not worth it. His is not real popularity. Yours is.
Btw, I've just received another fanmail form a 5-week-old with 5 hubs written in extremely poor English showcasing some world attractions like the Great Wall in China. Guess how many fans she has. 231
Crazdwriter - The hubs were deleted by Maddie, because they had no written word apart from those in the titles.

I've rather neglected my Hubpage account. I have 17 hubs (2 Editor's Choice and 15 Featured) and I just let them tick over. I had thought that Hubpages was in long-term decline but just recently I checked out Quancast - https://www.quantcast.com/hubpages.com To get the best overview, select...

Does it bother you that people visit your hubs and don't leave comments? What's more important to you, getting tons of traffic with no comments or getting less traffic with comments? For me, I love to get comments because it lets me know if I have touched someone or given someone a new way of doing...

Above the title I created, Hubpages has a category written in red. Some of my hubs are getting placed in fitting categories but other aren't. For example, I wrote a hub about Stephen Ira Beatty, the transgender son of Warren Beatty. It has "Soap Opera" written above the title rather than...

I don't go around looking for Hubs to flag, but when I come across something with glaring issues I try to be a good HP citizen and alert staff. They have, after all, continuously preached about the importance of qualityLast week I flagged two Hubs with major issues. The kinds of issues that make a...

Now that I achieve about 12000 page views per day, I felt it a good idea to give Kontera a whirl to see how I got on. Afterall, I have heard that people can achieve $5+ per 10000 page views. It was a complete failure, although my primary concern was the effect on my AdSense income. I enabled Kontera...

I like to check Hubpages on breaks at work. Now, I can't access my Hub feed because a Hubber chose to write a Hub about drugs, and Hubpages hasn't caught onto it yet. My organization is pretty fair on what it blocks/allows. Usually blocks things about gun violence, cults, and drugs. They also only...
