How many hours do you sleep on average ? and
How many hours do you spend for hubbing, social media activities on average ?
6 hours sleeping 2 hours hubbing in the morning, 2/3 hours hubbing in the evening. Social activities in between and after midnight.
As many as possible, which turns out is not much at all.
Sleep: with meds 6-7 hours, without 0-2
Hubbing, etc., depends on the day. I write every day for several hours, just may not hub everyday
Not enough! I try to get 8, but I probably average 7 or so. I don't spend much time on the computer now with small kids. I would guess probably 2-3 hours a week. I would love to spend more, but the summer is busy and the kids are the priority.
Sometimes I sleep well, with eight hours or more, and other times I sleep poorly, with only a few hours, which I make up for later in the day with a few winks.
Actually you too sleep as much as you want, and everybody else, too
I think your first priority is posting on forums.
thought so. I "have to" go soon to get my kids packed for a camping trip with Grandma. I have not been alone in my house for over 8 years!! I am sort of freaking out a little, NO idea what I'll do 'till they come back..."have tos" can be comforting in a way.
3 or 4 hours a few days a week, 6 a couple of days a week, and once in a while (every couple of months maybe) a 9er to catch up.
I sleep about 6.5 hours a day, hub 2-3 hours active.
I've read that Donald Trump sleeps 4 hours. I'm not as efficient as I could be. :p
It's said that both Martha Stewart and Donald Trump only sleep about 4 hours a night. That's way too "type A" for me. I have the opposite problem and sleep toooooooo much. Seems to work for me though so why change at this point in life lol.
They're both over 50. When people get older many need less sleep. People in the teens and twenties often need a lot of it. (There are benefits to not being 22.
)
Yes, this is true. I'm wondering when the "need less sleep" part kicks in. Hasn't happened to me yet and I'm well past my 20's
I didn't really notice when it kicked in, although I've never needed a whole lot of sleep. It's kind of backward, though; because when my kids were really little I went from the time I was expecting one son to the time he was 7 (and his little sister was 3) sleeping no more than about four hours a night. I was chronically exhausted (but in a good way, as they say). Now, with grown children, I don't need more sleep anyway. It's kind of twisted on the part of Nature (unless, of course, we assume that as we get closer to death Nature wants us awake as much as possible. (I'm kidding. I like to think I have another 50 years.
) Now that I think of it, it hadn't kicked in when I was in my 30's. 40's, I think.
sleep about 6 hours 3 minutes....but wont be that much this night.....
I sleep around 8 hrs every night and i spend about 2 to 3hrs hubbing
Sleep 7, but would like to sleep 8 once my children don't need me up at 6am to get them ready for school..
max 6 hours sleep. not much for hubbing. i wish i could get more time for hubbing.
aww, sweet sweet sleep, If only it would come, Since I spent the last 2 years in Iraq, and Now Im home, I still cant sleep. maybe 3 hours on a very good night. no napping, It is starting to make the Mrs. a little pissed. I cant have any noise in the house, and I have 2 teenage boys. SO NOISE IS EVERYWHERE!!! I also feel like the day is wasted if Im not up. anyone else have this problem.
I average about six hours, too. I average about 5 published hubs a month, so not writing all the time, but I visit hubpages often to read other articles and check on my own stats
In summer I sleep about 8-9 hours, but during the rest of the year I can afford only 6-7 hours of sleep a day (alwaays not enough). I visit HubPages every day, though I write 1 or 2 hubs a week.
I have always hated sleep. It is such a waste of time. But alas I need to get about 4-5 hours of it or you know the results. LOL I use up about 4 hours per day on hubs and forums. The rest of my time is divided into taking care of my personal needs as well as my pets, my outdoor projects, house keeping, cooking and socializing. Sometimes I do volunteer work as a cook for fund raising events. I also must devote some time for my writing and art work.
so many answers some where funny and some where real answers ... i do sleep for 8 hours and almost 3 hrs hubbing..
Depends there are many many nights I only sleep 3 to 4 hours then One night out of the week I sleep like 12.
About 6 hours per night maximum. Children - yay!
The rest varies considerably as I am a stay at home parent at the moment.
You know so many people are there who depends on medicine to get a little sleep..
I do best if I sleep about 5 hours, good deep sleep. not drug induced. that messes with me all the next day. I average about 2 or 3 hours a night tho. Its getting better these past few days.
LOL Take a full advantage of your hubby, and then get some sleep. You deserve it
Thanks. I am scard I will miss htem. But I know htey are perfectly safe and will be having lots of fun. I am off now, to the store, to get the last minute things they need. Ill be back later!!! after all...my name is denise...im a hubaholic!!

How many hours do you sleep each night? We know or we hear that 7-10 hours of sleep is what most people (adults and children included) need to be fully rested. However this differs from person to person. When do you personally feel you have rested and how do you ensure you get enough sleep in...
