I was rejected for adsense a just little while ago for my own site because I didn't realize you couldn't get preapproval before a site was launched (read that fine print).  But the letter didn't say anything about keeping the site up for 6 months before applying again.  Either that is a new, new condition or they are telling you something different.

It's a new condition and it applies to anyone in India or (I think) the Phillipines.

They will likely approve you a lot sooner if you up your hub number - including the quality and content of course. Many on here have been knocked back, only to be accepted some time after they've created what google would deem as a viable 'site'.

The secret to google and adsense is to give it/them what they want.

I think that the presence of a 'hot sexy picture' hub tips them off about the quality of the Publisher.

I got approved for adsense in Jan 2008 with my first hub which is a photo gallery but also has some written info on that. That was the only hub I had by that time, maybe google adsense team has become much strict now.

One of the hubber said that any hubber outside of the US has to wait six months.  Of course I could be wrong.  My brain is a sieve and doesn't hold a lot of info anymore.

    yes, for india, china
    as per adsense help:
"Please keep in mind that in some locations, including China and India, we also require publishers to have owned their sites for 6 months. We've taken this step to ensure the quality of our advertising network and protect the interests of our advertisers and existing publishers."

Well, there is a way around it. But sharing loopholes is ageist my internet ethics and googles tos. What you should do:

Use amazon and ebay (kontera) also until your Hubpage account is 6 months old.
