I see my 4 month old basset puppy lying on top of my 4 year old German Shepherd. So cute.

a wino, two guys making a crack deal on the corner, and three ladies dressed funny, waving at passers-by.

      (not really)

a bunch of trees interspersed with cactus, desert marigods here and there and some woodpeckers looking for breakfast.

Two squirrels on my deck. It's not so much that they raid the bird feeder, but it's the sophomoric comments they make about my landscaping that irritate me.

Chickens scratching around in the gravel driveway, a rabbit hoping about, the leaves are just starting to change, the sun is just starting to burn through the fog and eveything looks soft and fuzzy, and a little bit sparkly. I think it might be a good day!!

Lots of green grass and trees, the sun shining down on both. It is a beautiful day here. smile

Side note: I remember living in california where I thought I had seen green. lol It was not until I moved to Michigan that this was actually so.

Well I'll trade you for the day, yours sounds really quite pleasant as well, you described it really nicely, and animals are always cool, as long as I don't have to choke me any chickens. big_smile

p.s. Hope the party went well, thought you'd be nursing a sore head.

The usual - trees, the house across the street, and the street, itself.  It's gray here today, so it's seemed like 7:30 at night all day.

The sun is beginning to set, and is low in the sky. There's a thick smoke haze, caused by a controlled burn-off, which has taken on a pink tinge, and that tinge is on everything it touches. It's almost pretty. :-)
