Buttermilk pankakes, eggs over easy, sausage and hashbrowns. All with no bad cholesterol and calories but still tastes delicious.

      I can dream, can't I?

It's way past breakfast time by now.  Let's do beans on toast, it can work for just about any meal.  Cheap...nutritious...doesn't quite gag you even if you're not in the mood. roll
