Can you hang on there for 16 hours and I'll join you (I'll even bring some eggs) See you before the snow melts Banana toast with cinnamon, a nice bio-drink yoghurty thing, some fruit juice. Then a strong black espresso. Yum
FD - you forgot one little thing. Here's a clue: what goes well with espresso (and coffee in general)?

Just eat a chocolate bar (preferably a dark one) with that coffee. Works for me.

I have oatmeal every weekday, I like to do something different on the weekends

hmmm I'm planning on making my hubby and me the toast with the egg in the middle. maybe you should have that too
It's way past breakfast time by now. Let's do beans on toast, it can work for just about any meal. Cheap...nutritious...doesn't quite gag you even if you're not in the mood.
