Scared...to find out. Once you add up 2 cups of coffee, at least one glass of ice tea, and at least one Dr. Pepper (With caffiene listed as the last ingredient)...and God Only Knows...what else..it could be in...

I have a horrible addiction to soda and it has to have caffeine.  I usually go through four cans during the day (at least) and then a few cups at night. This is a VAST improvement from the way i used to be btw.

cup of coffee per day, when I'm at work,
1-2 cans of sodas during parties,
cup of tea after breakfast at home

2 cups of coffee a day...with half and half.  Love the flavored creamers but gave it up.  Love coffee!

Usually about 30 mg. of caffeine per day in the morning, in the form of green tea.  I love coffee and will occasionally drink it, but I can't overdo it.

I drink water throughout the day, and rooibus tea, which has no caffeine, and is wonderful.  It's the only herbal tea worth drinking, IMHO.

Quite a bit at times, on some days none though. My favorite drinks still are soda in the long run.

I probably have too much caffeine every day. I have at least 3 coffees at work during the day and at least a couple when I get home.
