I have had a spell recently of knocking out about 15 hubs in less than a month but for the last month have not written anything as i have run out of ideas, hit the preverbial brick wall if you will.Has anybody got any ideas to get around this or what helps them come up with good ideas for hubs???
There are lots of hubs written about it - I wrote one myself (not that I am trying to promote it) - search for writers block
I just keep posting on the forums of different sites until I get an idea! In the end, your still writing. Think about it, I have 1400+ posts, each post if on average 12 words I believe.
Thats more then 20,000 words most likely!
I remember the first time I had sex.... I kept the receipt. Now there's ya an idee!
What do you do on weekends? What do you do for fun? What are your hobbies?
Those are all things you can write about.
Sometimes when this happens to me, I find something completely different to write about. Check the ideabank and answers section to see if anything sounds like something you'd be interested in writing about or researching if you don't know anything about the topic.
Sometimes, this is a good way to get yourself writing. You may have to do this a few times, but usually it'll get you thinking about something else that you really enjoy that you could write about.
It may be painful writing about something not in your comfort zone, and it may feel a little forced at first. It's just a suggestion. It's worked for me in the past.
I've found that by simply reading other people's hubs will generate enough ideas for you...That way you help others by helping yourself!

I keep starting hubs and then losing interest in finishing them. I think it's because I'm really not sure what to write. One thing I have found out though, is that if I know someone wants to read about it, I get inspired enough to work on that hub full force. (Too bad I don't get many requests and...
