In regards to Google and Amazon payouts, for those who have already had one...
I'm wondering if hubpages takes there 40% out before you are notified by Google or Amazon that you have so much verified, or if they wait until you get a $100 payout and then take $40 from that?
HubPages takes 40% of the impressions not the revenue. The earnings totals that you see in your respective earning accounts all belongs to you.

When I first signed up with GA I used hubpages.com Later I added my subdomain address. However, my account is set up with property name hubpages.com and default URL my subdomain. I believe this is incorrect. Thus Webmaster Tools are saying that my sites are not verified. What do I need to do?...
