I been here about 16  months  and over 13000  views and still average about 25 to 30 cents a month..  and pay-out is fifty bucks  so hmmm.. I'll see my first payout-  if  I stay on   in about four to five years ..  but its not the money  anymore  it's the quality of writing and effort that the writers put in their work..  I still make  good money at Triond..  so there is where I make  about 20 bucks a month  smile

Because all the work is your own original content (to the best of your knowledge) can you post the same content on both sites (Hubpages and Troind)?

woah.. I don't understand the big differences in pay.. Like I just started here two months ago and wrote less than 30 hubs, have less than 2000 views and have made 5 bucks. It doesn't make sense...

According to self-reported stats collected from Aug 2011 to now, 18% of Hub authors say they make between $10-$50 dollars per month.

I've been with HP for almost 3 years and just signed up for the ad program at the end of last month. This is the first full month since implementing the program and I'm up to almost $7. I expect higher earnings each month as long as I stay active and write good quality, SEO friendly hubs.

Yes, at least that much. It's all about finding niche keywords and writing SEO-friendly articles based on them.
