This morning, I had a comment on one of my hubs to moderate. I approved the comment, and then I clicked on the hub name to go answer it, but my hub would not come up on the screen, even though the correct URL appeared in the browser. I tried accessing the hub from my profile and from statistics, and the same thing happened.
I then tried reaching some of my other hubs, and it was all the same. They were inaccessible, though the URL was correct.
I was just about to e-mail the hubteam-- I saw my hubs about a 1/2 hour ago, but now they are gone as others have described. It is only 6:46 a.m. over here on the W coast of America-- so it might be a little while before they can fix it.
I have just managed to edit some of hub successfully by using Opera with a few glitches.. when i clicked done editing the page goes blank..I then return to the page and the edits i made were recorded, so will now continue with the same procedure on other text capsules!
We lost a database server about an hour ago, we've completed the switch over to the backup. Everything should be back to normal now, although there is a chance the traffic stats may be a little out of sync. If so, it will take some time to recalculate them all.
I'm still having a problem with viewing images if there are more than one in a capsule. I can see all the images if I'm logged in but not if I'm logged out. Only the first one in the capsule is viewable if I'm logged out. I assume that's what site visitors see too.
