People will often include their email address in their Profile. No one should abuse this opportunity, however.
Hmmmmm... I never ask anyone personal questions on HubPages. If I did want to do that, I suspect the best way would be to send them a personal and private email through the HubPages channel.
If the writer has a new profile set up,you can send a private email by going to their profile and clicking on "Fan Mail." At the top of that, there will be a link in blue that you can click to send an email. On the old profile pages, there used to be a place towards the top right that you could click to contact that person.
Either way, you can only send a private email to a Hubber if they have allowed it when setting up their profiles. Some people prefer not to be contacted privately.
There are a few ways I can think of and one would be to join, the Hubpages Elite program. This in turn will give you the opportunity, to at least ask new ones who join our writing community certain things that may pertain to a particular hub, or to interests they may have, or share in common with yourself.
Another good way, and probably one of the easiest ways is to send them a personal email through the hubpages system.
You could also comment on one of their hub articles, or a post within a forum, such as this and ask a question or two within the question, or comment capsule.
I do not like asking personal questions--on HubPages or otherwise.

We used to be able to go to a hubber's profile page, and select 'send hubber an email.' I was just trying to do that on the profile page of one hubber I've been following for some time, and could not find that capability.Has that been discontinued, or are hubbers now able to turn it...

Why do hubbers post personal questions?Hubpages Q&A rules discourage purely personal answers. But I find a lot of personal questions here. What is the motive behind these questions. Is it part of research for a hub? Or just curiosity?

Hello,I've read through the faq and some of the forums, but I haven't find the question to my problem. My personal score is constantly decresing since I've joined. I thought at first it is because my hubs are possibly not that good, therefore I've tried to revise them, but I didn't find any probs....
