Does anyone ever really make money from the amazon capsules we ad to our hubs?

I have added amazon capsules to my hubs, know for sure at least 4 items have been purchsed from them but have seen nothing in the way of orders made on my report pages.

Almost never.I earn around $10 a year from Amazon and that is about it.  I've heard of people that earn a lot of money from them, but they write product hubs. Possibly the reason you didn't get paid is because if they find the item from you hub, they need to purchase it within 24 hours. Somehow their set-up isn't fair or we'd earn more money from them.

The purchases I know were made was from the hubber going direct to my hub, clicking on the product and ordering it.  In each case this is what has happened.

I haven't made a penny in 10 months. I stopped putting ads on my hubs after a few months because it didn't seem worth the effort.

I have tried to figure out what the problem is, studied the way to do it on Amazon associates-to no avail.  One thing I read said the items we advertize have to be associated with what our hub is about.  Well, I believe we always do that!

Yes, I have started making money from Amazon, but it did not happen until recently. I think you have to wait for a significant amount of traffic before you can see it happens. From what I understand, you have to be sure that the capsules are very closely related to the hub material, and not just tangents. The more specific your hub, the more likely people are to purchase.

But in my case, items were definately ordered.  I have also read that we have to enter a personally written description of the item advertised in at least 50 words!!  I am now doing that.

The other thing is, that the capsules work on "product hubs" and not hubs that are just about ideas. For example, I have a hub on the best five books for saving a marriage. That has received some buys, because it is for books, which can be bought.

I haven't earned a penny in the six months that I have been inserting the capsules. Maybe it takes time to build up the traffic.

I made almost 200 last month.  So I know it's possible. I don't think we can click on eachothers hubs and make money.  I think other hubbers clicks don't count but I could be wrong.

I don't know. I only have one hub with a amazon capsule and it's not earned anything as yet.

I haven't earned even a penny so far, mainly because i am new to HB. We have to wait until we have significant traffic on our hubs.

Welcome to HB!  I am new too, just about 2 months.  I will check out your pages,
