Do you get response, if you want to ask something to team@hubpages?
Earlier, when I had to ask something or get some clarification, HP team was quick to respond. But now I am not getting any response. Has the email address changed or some other way is there to address issues?
I always get response to any of my questions. I asked one recently and they replied. Maybe they're extremely busy.
I don't think they change an email address over night without notifying every Hubber about it. Try ask the question again and mention the fact that you're waiting for their feedback in order to continue your work.
Yes, you should get a response. It may be that they are looking into what you have responded about. If you do not get a response in a week or so try again.
I usually get an answer pretty quickly, but if it's a complicated issue or they are backlogged or very busy it can take up to a week for a response. If you don't hear back in a week, perhaps resend, maybe it got apam filtered or somehow just didn't reach them.
Yes I am happy with their response. Most of my queries and doubts have been well cleared by them without delay. They are doing a wonderful service.
Most definitely. They respond very quickly. I had an issue with the adsense account and they responded within a day. That was nice of them.
So I vote them up, on a personal experience basis.
Of course hub pages customer care is really good. I am very much satisfied with hubpages care centre.
