I havent been paid in months despite meeting payout, any ideas?
Hey guys, I made payout two months ago, but havent seen a dollar... Ive been paid before from HP, so Im not sure what is up.. hoping someone can help
Are you meeting the payout for "person A" and not being paid by "person B"?
yes, now my balance is well over $100
Then you need to contact HP. Have you changed your PayPal login and not changed it in your profile? That might be what's holding you back.
Even though you check the PayPal account all of the time, perhaps you should still look into them further with their help button or by writing. Your problem may be there.
I can't imagine why you have not been paid but would really like to know how this works out for you. Please post if HP does or does not make the payout.
Kathleen, are you monitoring your balance in Earnings (Balance History)? You have to earn $50 in the HP program before you get a payout.
I've been getting a payment every other month. HP doesn't hold back; they always pay on the 28th when you qualify. Are you sure you understand the payout criteria?
yes shauna, i made payout "Criteria" in November... now my balance is well over $100 and still I havent been sent a dime
Then you need to contact HP. I've never not been paid when I met my threshold.... ever!
Also, make sure your PayPal account that you registered with HP is correct.
Kathleen, are you going into you Paypal account and transferring the funds to your bank account? That was my problem initially. You have to approve it first via the email that HP sends.
You can see your current and historical balance in your account here.
The minimum payment threshold is $50.
If you have any further questions, please email
team at hubpages dot com.
Could be two things:
1 - if some of yr earnings are from Amazon etc, they pay out later, so you usually have to wait until Amazon have paid Hubpages, then you. Sometimes this is a month after.
2 - are you looking at your combined earnings (eg your all time earnings - which seems to be the only way I can see how much I have) I have reached payout before, and my total earnings are more than that at the moment, but I know that I need to take off the money I've been paid off of that - which puts me well below threshold!
Otherwise I'd contact hubpages.
yes, like all the rest of the hubber said, contact hp team, but remember to screen shot your hub earning page and sent it to them.

Okay, I really do not mean to sound that I cannot comprehend much, but I really do not understand the payment and earnings. I am using the HP ad and Amazon ad programs only. Fortunately and unfortunately, I've started hitting payout every month for the past five months as Amazon has finally started...

I would like t know how I go about getting the money for my remaining balance and close my account. When I went to close my account it stated that the money I have left in my account is subject to forfeit. Why is this? I think if you are not really getting traffic on here, than you have a right to...

Hi everyone. I've been putting some work in writing quality articles the last few months, all my articles are approved as featured but earnings are still pretty low. I have earned a total of $1+ in two months, and with that speed it will take years to reach checkout. I have both Hubpages and...
