          crazdwriter, thanks for the welcome and yes he is adorable. He is my youngest son's dog. My son said since the puppy was his baby that made me the granddaddy. I told him I was to young to be called granddaddy so I refer to myself as G-daddy.

    That is cute Sam. I am the proud owner of a grandcat. She had to stay with me didn't think she'd survive the trip with Pinky to AZ. Plus she is my buddy.
    
    Yeah, CW I need a male but can't figure out what role he will play so having a hard time picturing him. Washed up on the beach, no name, and the face is eluding me.

    Can't be a Dave, he has to be Lord something or other but what? I like the piercing blue eyes they will take her breath away when he opens them for the first time. Black hair works too Though they say to make them not the same but she has raven black hair and deep emerald green eyes.

       Eh they can have the same color hair...who says that they can't? You are teh one creating them so if you want them both to have black hair I say go for it.

    LOL too funny Lord Thunderbutt, oh how I wish sometimes. Calvin I like but Holmes not sure about but Calvin and Rayn doesn't go together he sounds like a pansy, hmmmm...or in that day a fop.
    
    Maybe he should have been a fop in his pervious life but now on her island he doesn't know who he is or was so she invents a name for him and he goes with it.
    
    I know sorry I should be working this out silently on my own instead of boring the tribe with it.

    That is what I am thinking -- bad storm. She of course will have been raised by her pirate father amidst all the crew etc and took over when he perished at sea. She won't have been with a man but he'll naturally assume she has because of her status.

    Hmm...When I closed my eyes and imagined Lord Duncan, he came out with kind of sandy/honey colored hair (all tousled and kind of wavy), a strong squarish jaw (complete with a bit of stubble), and those piercing blue eyes with the kind of soft, long, pale eye lashes that set them off like a corona of light.
    
    Weird. I specifically tried to imagine darker hair.
