   Hello - time to revive the tribe!  I've been thinking and talking and eating minimalist philosophy lately - I was instructed to find my "tribe" - the people who think along the same lines I do. 
   
   Now that is not going to be easy - any other scatterbrains with ocd and constant awe syndrome out there?  Let's network!  hahaha!  truly old hippies never fade, they just wear brighter flowers!  Love you! I think -

      Not much of a revival, but I thought I could at least say "hi."
      
      Survived my first quarter of real classes... Haven't gotten all the grades in yet, so I don't know if I've succeeded, or just survived, but I get a few days off before next term, so I might be able to bop by.
      
      I'd love to get an article or 2 up, I'm just so behind w/ life in general, I'm not sure where I need to catch up first!

   oh yeh, and a ruler and my pencil box and 3 new pairs of socks and since I'm in third grade I get one of those big fat pens and a spiral notebook!  YEAH!  I love this teacher! He's a man! We get to learn to do the bunny-hop today!

    oh TS - just checked into the forums - there hasn't been too much to get me involved here lately and since I am feeling a little ill tonight I won't stay - but HEY!  great to see you and glad you haven't forgotten the TRIBE!   I think of posting to this often, but since no one else has been here I feel funny about doing so.  Anyhow - things going pretty well, I just think I ate my supper too fast!! plus I've not had any cheetos for a long while, and that must be way bad for me!  See you around.  maybe manana . . .

       Thanks for checking in.  School has kept me crazy busy, so I'm rarely here.  I mostly just stop by every few weeks to check and see if I have any comments.  I hate leaving them unapproved for too long... it feels rude.
       
       I had to travel for work this weekend, and came back w/ a cold, but that's typical - I don't take air travel well.  So, I'm behind as always these days and just trying to catch up on homework.  1/2 way through my second quarter though! Midterms this coming week.  ACK!

    Well it seems like we have all been a bit busy. I am working hard to get back to writing along with getting my business going and trying to get my ebay going. Plus working crazy hours and planning a move again only not so far away this time lol. Hope all are doing well.

       Doing well had a chance to spend a couple days with my son in Savannah last week work is going busy, and starting to get some hubs going again.

    I've been trying to get anything at all done, but very scatterbrained - happens to me every year around this time and also in spring, summer and winter -  but especially anytime there is a change in the weather!
    
    basically can't get anything done - trying to just keep everybody happy!
    
    but well enough - so can't complain.

    Hello to all.  Miss you much.  School has me pulling my hair out and not getting much sleep.  But, no complaints really - I'm just so excited to be back there working on a new career!  I do miss hubbing though - only papers and essays for me right now, I'm afraid.        Hmmmm.  Coffees a few days old.  Better freshen it up.  I could have used that coffee too! Up till about 3am working on schoolwork, and then up at 6:30 to get the kiddo of to school.  Luckily I'm off work today, so the littler child and I may get to watch a movie so I can turn my brain off for a little while.  We had a pretty creative and productive day yesterday, so I think I can convince myself that a veggie day is o.k. today!

    heya!  just saying g'night - gotta get some shuteye - but I'm so happy to see there are still a few tribers around here - the forums seem lonely for me lately so I check in, get disgusted or bored, and leave without saying much usually.  It's the early winter doldrums maybe, or people just reflecting the weirdness out there in the world.  Hang in there!  We'll survive and get back to our carefree partying before long.  I'm convinced.  (yeah, right, and I'm also convinced that any day now I'll come up with another hub and finish my fiction series - sure. any day now!)

    Coffee's on.  (I added a bit of cinnamon today.)
    
    So what's everyone up to these days?  Shall we regroup and update one another on our lives (writing or otherwise?)
    
    I'm going crazy at end of term w/ finals and final projects.  Plus still working full time and the house and 2 kiddos.  I don't sleep much.  Finals are over this week though.  It ought to be a much needed break, but I know I'll shift right into holiday shopping, decorating and planning.  I can't really complain.  I love my classes, as hard as they are.  And, I'm so looking forward to the career change.  (Even if I am nervous as all get out about quitting my job of 12 years to student teach.  No income while sudent teaching - and no job guarantees when I'm done.)  I'm plugging through the classes w/ only 3 left after this quarter.  But, I have to decide soon if I want to student teach right away, or put it off for a bit to get some $ back in the coffers (sp?).
    
    Work is work.  Life is good.  Kids are awesome and getting more awesome by the day.  5 and 2 are such great ages!
    
    Ok, I've done my update for now... How 'bout you all?

    Ugh, it's six months since David died, and I've only just now forced myself to produce a hub again. I'm so out of practice, it took me hours! Hope I can get on a roll again soon, so I have time to socialise on here as well as work. But it's goodnight for now!

    Write Angled, I don't know anything about what you're saying - or who David was - I feel bad that I am so out of touch, but so glad to see you back here again.  I've been missing the tribe - I guess others have too.
    
    It's nice to have a place to go and just chat - I've been sick lately and not in the forums much.  Right now I have the flu.  All kinds of things happening.  I can't seem to write anymore, but I'm giving myself time to just work through it - there is no deadline here, so it is easy to let it slide.  I hope for some true inspiration before long.  I don't really feel depressed, I just want to feel better and wish fervently for some of the people I love to feel better too.
    
    Could really use a near-beer and a campfire and a treehouse right now.  Even a slim-jim! ha
