             Yeah I look for 'fitness' gurus as I was a Master Fitness trainer in the Army, so I check to see if its same old same old or if they know their stuff. She seems to but it's early.

    In these forums people can drink so much it boggles the imagination!  There is no negative health effect for cyber-drinking.  Cyber-drunks, however, are nearl as boring and sometimes irritating as the drunks at the neighborhood bar!  Go figure!
