Editing a hub

    I have a hub that I just cant edit. I have tried everything that everyone has told me and its not working. Would hubpages freeze a hub? I can edit all of my other hubs, but when I try to edit it keeps coming up as error on page. Should I try to delete the hub or what? There are no other hubbers having this problem. Why me?

    Its odd, normally if Hubpages finds a hub breaking rules it just unpublished it, or deletes it depending. I don't think its frozen, I think its a system error most likely. Try using a different browser when you edit that hub and see if it works. Also, if it does work with another browser, try cleaning and updating the one you use most of the time, it could be a cookie preventing it from working correctly.

    That was happening to me one day, too! I could post in the forums but couldn't post a new article or edit old ones. Just keep trying, wait a while and try again.

    I was just posting this in another forum here, Im having trouble with editing too...

    Hi All,

    I have a question I can not seem to find in the FAQ or here on the forum.

    After I create a hub, and its published and its been live for a few days, I go back in either to add or change something and when i am finished the boxes now read, SUBMIT for PUBLICATION. There is a box that appears with RED TEXT and it reads if you edit this hub it will automatically become unpublished and be reviewed 24-48 hours from now.

    Am I doing something wrong? If I need to fix a typo or change a pic, the site will take the hub offline for a few days until its reviewed? I can't find a way to just edit it without if going offline after I make a change.

      G'day , I just went in and did an edit on one of my Hubs and everything went as normal. Hit the 'done edit' button and it went back on line straight away!

      Something in the Hub is triggering the automatic filters in the HubPages system.  Something about your content is violating the rules about what you can publish. 

      Start reading the FAQ here, http://hubpages.com/faq/#what_is_allowed

      Read all the sections that follow that link, and you'll probably figure out what you are doing wrong.

    Agullepes, I went to one of my hubs, clicked EDIT   and this is the message all in RED that appears....

    Note: This hub is currently published. However, if you make any changes to it, it will immediately be unpublished until it has been re-approved for publication (which can take 24-48 hours).
