I just completed and published my 100th article on HP! And before the end of the month which was my goal! And now for a much needed break and dinner. Goodnight all.
Congratulations on being inventive and diligent.
COngrats, another 100 hubs to go.... later
Well done, and congratulations on meeting your goal!
That's wonderful, congrats!!
I don't know if it was a coincidence or not, but right around my 100th hub is when my traffic picked up. It's not super high, but surely better than it used to be.
Now let's aim to the 200!!
Way to go, Nat! I've been stuck at a 100+ hubs a long time myself and need to get off my butt!
Thanks, Randy! It seems like the more I plug into the forums the more motivation I find. When I disconnect I don't seem as likely to write a lot. I know you'll start to kick it again, soon.
Well done Natalie. That's good to hear. I look forward to reading more of your hubs in the future!
Very good, tres bien, sehr gut and onward and upward methinks.
Thank you, merci, danke - I will do my best!
Many congratulations. I've barely got my third out there. Here's to the next hundred from you.
Thanks. Don't worry - It'll come. Soon it'll be your 10th, then your 25th, 50th, 75th and 100th. It seems like slow going for a while but it comes together eventually.
Time constraints are a major problem. Too many things to do and not enough hours in the day to do them in.
I know the feeling. I find if I make a point of keeping an article I'm working on open and go back and just add maybe a paragraph at a time when I have a few extra minutes that I can get articles done even when I'm busy with other things. Maybe not as many as I'd like - but at least I know I'll get some out. Good luck with your writing and all your other endeavors.
Thanks. That's a great tip. I'm trying to do that. I was writing in Word and then transferring, but now I'm more familiar with the Hub Pages procedure, I think in future I'll gradually build up articles on the site to save time.
I still use word so I have copies of everything. I had a ton of articles on another site that shut down and no backups and I lost everything so now I make sure I have backups somewhere. Good luck with your writing. I'll be waiting to read more of your work.
That's great! For most of us, 100 seems to be the breaking point and 100,000 views seems to be one, also. Once you reach those levels, things seem to move a lot faster, so hang onto your hat!...and keep up the good work.
Congratulations, Natalie! I'm glad that you reached your goal.
Congrats on the milestone, but more for the achievement of your goal
Cool beans. I'm knocking on the door of 200 myself. Onward and upward to you!
Can't wait to celebrate your 200th, Freddy!
Thanks all. It feels pretty good. Now on to 101! Good luck to everyone on whatever goals they set and on each of their achievements. Together (writers and staff alike) we make HP what it is and what it can be.
Congratulations Nathalie! I'm aiming for my 50th article. I hope I can make it since it's been a long time I wasn't around in HP. Again, Congrats to you!
There may have been some changes since you were last here but nothing too drastic. Good luck on reaching 50. Just keep up a steady pace as best you can and before you know it you will be there!
Yeah! These changes had a great effect to almost all my old hubs. Even my hubscore. I literally started from scratch again and was able to see a little improvement so I guess it's a good indication of a fresh start.

I realize that this number is not considered as particularly high especially after writing here for over a year and having close to 50 hubs. Yet I feel it is an accomplishment, at least for me. We all have to determine what makes us feel we have achieved something, independent from...

Hello;I have been watching and waiting for this milestone over 8 years and it's finally happened! I see that I have over 500,000 views today. The last six months have increased tremendously .so thanks to HP's positive changes, I have achieved this goal...and now looking forward to 1,000,000.

Took me almost 2 years. Anyway, it's about how to sell Amazon Kindle subscriptions to your hubs. What are your thoughts about this? Is it worth it?

I just published my 100th Hub yesterday. The number snuck up on me, I didn't realize I had been writing so much. Since I am a retired engineer I had to run the numbers. My Hubs average 2,000 words each so that is 200,000 words total. Seems like a lot – maybe not! A novel is at least 50,000 words...
