    Hi Hubbers,

I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my article What To Do when You have Difficulty Falling to Sleep. What can I do to improve? Thanks!

This is an important topic but there are a zillion articles out there that say much the same thing.  Add something that is original and that other articles don't have such as a personal reflection or story etc.  Also, right now the article looks like it is a publication for the pillow you are trying to sell.  The link goes directly to another one of your articles that is another glorified ad to sell these pillows. As long as the article looks like spam it will not be accepted. Follow Alicia's advice and take out ads and self promotional elements.

You have some good suggestions, but I don't expect your article will be approved while it's promoting your website and is trying to sell one of your pillows. I think you'll need to remove the self-promotional elements in order to get the article accepted.

In addition to Alicia’s comments, you’re going to have to read this article that discusses the proper capitalization of titles and headings:

        Hello Matthew:

Here is the title as it appears in your article:

“What To Do when You have Difficulty Falling to Sleep?”

        It should be written as:

What to Do When You Have Difficulty Falling to Sleep?

The preposition “to” does not have to be capitalized.

The word “when” must be capitalized.

The word “have” must be capitalized.

Perhaps you should also replace the words “to Sleep” with the word “Asleep.”

        What do you think?

I hope that this helps. Let me know if I can help you any further.

I forgot to tell you that you do not need the question mark in your title.

Greg, I thought that from the article it stated that words like "to" should not be capitalized. Perhaps I am wrong.

            Matthew, as I stated above:

The preposition “to” does not have to be capitalized.
