My favorite (light) peanut butter pie creation just made it to the semi-finals in a recipe contest! I love this pie...it can be made with graham cracker crust as described, or with finely crushed chocolate sandwich cookies as the crust.

This is one that I posted for one of my hubs. It only requires 3 ingredients (and no flour) and is simple to make. If you use organic peanut butter, the taste is fabulous. Here is the link:
